Came here everytime, sometimes I ordered fried rice, they gave me white rice, but i’m okay with that, today they forgot my damm cheese ragoon, i’m so done with this place.

For me, Panda Express is my go to when it comes to Asian food that isn't actually Asian-based if you know what I mean. Its pretty nice. The food tastes great and I like it very much. They have many discounts, especially when you sign up for their rewards program and you get rewards even after not being ordering for 4 months. Its nice. Sometimes, the price may only take a $1 off of $20. Other times, it'll take $5 off of $20 depending on the reward/discount applied. I've never tried the protein meals that they now serve because the image just looks weird, but everything else seems great. If they had actual lychee balls or squares at the bottom of their lychee drink, that would be icing on the cake. If you plan on parking here, park across the street and order ahead of time or else you might be sitting in the drive-thru for a couple minutes or standing and waiting for your food when you have to leave--that is my impression. If you order off the app, its amazing. Save yourself the headache and just use the app. Everyone comes here a lot.

Went to this panda today and QUICKLY LEFT! 🤢 After seeing and smelling the woman’s bathroom flooded with what filled the whole restaurant with the smell of poop water. I understand things happen but To make matters worse. The person that was trying to clean it was stepping all in that poop water and then walked right through the lobby and into the kitchen with his poop shoes! 😩🤢🤮this is why I never eat out!!! Like why!!!

I ordered thru Uber Eats. The delivery was on point, but forgot to add any type of utensils or chopsticks! I had to leave the job site and walk to the nearest convenience store just to buy a pack of forks and reheat my food in the microwave ! I've tried calling them an no answer! SMH!

I arrived at 9:45 and walked in. Was not greeted or anything. Was rushed while ordering. Sat down and was eating and at 10 pm they locked both doors. Several customers came and tried to come inside but the doors were locked. I asked what time they closed and was told 10:30. It was 10 pm when they locked the doors. I opened the door for a customer that was trying to come in and the employees started talking about me out loud to each other. They are messing around when the restaurant is dirty. Then my son that had dropped me off and he went to get something from the store before they closed walked up. I went to let him in and the employee yelled please don’t open the door. I turned around and said that’s my son. She came to the table to say that they do not let anyone in after 10 which is wrong. The open sign is on and you are losing customers by the numbers due to employees not wanting to work.

Placed an order online. Paid extra for the premium entree. They must have ran out because all I received was orange chicken. Called the location a couple times. No answer. You only get 1 chance to rip me off. Won't be going back. Update, corporate did eventually get back to me. They fully refunded my order. While I am grateful for that, it will take something like 3 to for 4 weeks to get that money back.

I did a online takeout order. And when I got there at the time they said it was going to be ready. It was ready. I got in the drive-thru line to pick it up. When I got to the window everything was bag and ready to go including three drinks I ordered. Can't say much for the atmosphere inside the restaurant because I didn't go inside but everything else was great. Y'all side of the restaurant was clean and waiting at the drive-thru. Although it was like six cars in front of me, I didn't have to wait long. They kept those cars moving at a great Pace.
