The last two times I have ordered for curbside pickup the service has been disappointing. Ordered large drinks and they gave me small drinks. When I asked for the large drinks the person said, “We are out of large cups”. I had already paid and tipped through the app, but no attempt to make it right. I love the broccoli cheese soup. However, I recently had a terrible curbside pickup experience! I ordered hours in advance. when I got there at my allotted time, I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out!! I could have gone inside or through the drive thru quicker.
