Panera Bread

Was my first time there and although to my tastes the chili had a lil to much chili powder flavor, I feel it's just my tastes and was still alright and plenty edible. Everyone else enjoyed their soups n sandwiches as well.
The bread bowl is also new to me and intrigues me and will try other soups etc.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. They charge $7 for a smoothie that is 1 size and it’s a child’s portion. Scamming people 1 person at a time!

Great food and service. Many great memories were had at this cafe! Nice place for brunch!! You guys really need to stop trolling in the reviews and grow up. This is getting out of hand, It's unprofessional and tacky. This is exactly why reviews are disabled for schools.

I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE COMMENTS BEFORE I CAME YOU WOULDNT BELIEVE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD HERE MOST IMPORTANTLY THANKS TO THE OWNER ASHELY WHO RUNS THE PLACE SHE IS AUDACIOUS. MY ORDER WAS WRONG AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ROLL HER EYES!!! AND THAT WATERSPORTS COMMENT REVIEW I SEE ON HERE IS HORRENDOUS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR TALKING ABOUT THAT HERE IF YOU ARE MANAGING FOOD!!!!!! my appetite is officially over for this place, these girls at the counter were making highly inappropriate jokes about their boyfriends and ‘watersports’ so i looked it up don’t look it up it’ll ruin your eyes and they were obviously not talking about actual sports in water because why were yall laughing and giggling about it seriously unprofessional

Please BRING BACK THE TURKEY CHILI.THE FIRESIDE CHILI ISN'T GOOD ISN'T HEALTHY TASTE BAD & THE TEXTURE REMINDS YOU OF A BROTH.THIS IS A NO BRAINER.I LITERALLY ATE THE CHILI 3X A WEEK DURING SEASON.IT HAS THE VEGIE. SOUP BEANS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually have positive patronage at my local Panera Bread in Maine, so I was shocked, appalled if you will by the service at the Grand Prairie, TX location. The manager, Ashley, was rude and made offensive remarks under her breath, including a comment about “you people,” which I found deeply disrespectful as a Thai person. We left without eating and will not return to this location. This is unacceptable that they let someone with such a low moral character be a manager at this establishment. Ashley more like Trashley….

I don’t blame them for having no people at the front especially on a Sunday afternoon. Don’t be lazy we can all order on the kiosk (which we did). Are meal came out warm and the environment was clean!

I had an incredibly bad experience here. Ashley the manager has a nasty attitude. All I wanted was lunch but instead I was served rudeness and condescension. Previously I’d been here twice and had a better experience with another manager Gabrial so that is why I am rating this review with two stars instead of one. I still won’t be back due to Ashley’s poor customer service. Also I saw her speak condescendingly to other workers. Very uncalled for. I understand that being a manager might be stressful but it doesn’t excuse someone to be disrespectful.
