Papa Johns Pizza

I found our new favorite pizza spot. Jacob was very helpful as well!

First time ordering from this location and I regret not looking at reviews. The slices were mushy and felt almost undercooked although I asked for well-done. They were also cut oddly. Not a big deal, I can cut them at home but still feels worth mentioning. This is a pepperoni jalapeno pizza. Delivery was quick, though.

Obviously this pizza should have just been restarted. After several incidents of poor service and low quality with no response from the location, I'll be sticking with Mr. Jims instead.

Their staff is NEVER at the front and they literally don’t care if a customer leaves without placing an order. Whoever owns this spot really needs to hire some people who are actually interested in the job!

01/01/2025 spent $40 on food for my grandkids cause they like this papa john me personally had NEVER eaten from the place or pizza. But anyway item
1 order was incorrect. 2. Hair in the food!! Throw the whole pizza away...
3. The driver even with map app could NOT locate my house. I had to go outside and this person was about to turn around instead if following the app direction and the food was VERY VERY COLD when we received it but since the hair was in to. It got trashed.
-0 for this place. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Shaq I hope this is not want you are allowing to go down at this business. Grandkids NEVER again. Sorry

Ordered on their website and picked-up 45 minutes later. Pizza had all the perfect toppings and cooked especially as we ordered.

They don't even deserve a star, they are racists. Today I went shopping and one of them told me that I couldn't buy there if I didn't speak English and the worst thing was he told me in Spanish, so he was racist to me and he said it to me in a very very ugly?

Order family 25.99 with drink. Manager said he could only fill what showed on his computer. I was willing to show him what I order which comes with 2 liter he showed no interest. MY LAST TIME HERE, HE SHOWED NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

The time isn't always correct when it tells you it's ready.... Always have to wait 3-5 minutes extra when it tells you it's ready.

Pizza (the meats) was gross. More dough than toppings and just gross. Wings were just OK. I will definitely not be getting anything from this PJ'S again. Yuck!
