I tried calling so that I could return this order for the correct food. I was sent to a call center over 10 times and could not talk to the store. I ended up eating pizza toppings for dinner. I am very disappointed with this Pizza Hut store, the quality of the pizza is really decrepit, the ingredients are limited, parts without ingredients, it is frustrating that they have very poorly trained employees, never go there, they sell as if you were going to ask them, they are embarrassing.

I would give zero stars if I could. They had a new little kid working the phones, and I asked for a beef/jalapeno pizza and he somehow heard a pepperoni and sausage pizza? Not sure how that’s possible. Then I asked them to remake it and then they FORGOT to input the order to remake it. Then we needed a refund and no one apparently knew how to do that so they had to call someone else to figure it out. Teenagers working is not a problem if they are competent, and no one that works here is. We will not be back but hope you can fix your staff issues to avoid future unhappy customers.

Unfortunately, we can't give zero stars, so one it is. Placed an order at 5pm and said it would be delivered at 5:45. Pizza was delivered after 7pm. Two calls and two lies told. Avoid this place and close it down. The negative reviews are there for a reason, and I didn't heed those warnings, but you need to. I understand things happening but not lying to cover your terrible service.

This location has changed. They messed up on my order several times and I had to bring it back. Not one time have they offer anything for the inconvenience they caused me. I used to enjoy the pizza from here but the last few times have been bad. So, this will be my last time ordering from this location because they need better cooks. The person from the cashier helps in the back the last time I ordered from here and didn’t wash her hands before dealing with food.

I stopped ordering from this place three years ago since the food made me ill to my stomach twice. Today I tried it again because I've been to other places in the last several months and the pizzas and ingredients have been excellent. Unfortunately, this time was no different. I ordered two personal supreme pizzas and a New York pizza. The personal pizzas tasted unlike any other Pizza Hut. The food and toppings tasted old and ruined. I was quite disappointed since the supreme is my personal fave. To be totally honest, the New York Pizza tasted like cardboard. The bread was falling apart, as if the dough had been left out for too long and not refrigerated correctly. And the cheese and pepperoni tasted terrible. I am from New York, yet the $1 pizza from downtown, which is infamous for tasting like cardboard, tastes better. I am leaving this review for the betterment of this establishment. And, unfortunately, I will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again.

BEWARE OF FOREIGN OBJECTS IN YOUR FOOD!!!! Ordered a pizza last night via DoorDash. Bit into the pizza and found a cooked in coin (dime). Reported it to DoorDash and have not gotten a resolution. Called the Restaurant and spoke to a manager who said they could not do anything since it was ordered through DoorDash. So disappointing!!

I ordered a delivery of a pepperoni large pizza and lemon pepper wings everything that I received was cold. Very dissatisfied. Also the delivery guy sat in the middle of the street for some time when he drove off there was trash all in front of the house.
