This piza hut had the worst customer service. The manager refused to get on the phone with me and the boy who answered the phone hung up on me several times. I ordered pizza and didn’t receive my breadsticks so I was told that there was a credit on my phone number. When placing an order, the credit was not showing and she refused to honor it even though I had the order number (which was not showing up in their system either), receipt and call log including the video of them dropping off my order without the breadsticks. Horrible, I will not be ordering from this location again.

Worst customer service, rudeness, i have ever experienced with a pizza place. I will never order from camp wisdom pizzahut again because of the way i was treated. A black woman, i do not know if she is the manager, did not believe I did not receive part of my order, told me she wouldnt send anyone and then hanged up on me. All this while i was trying to offer proof as I have cameras that i did not receive my 3rd pizza. She decided to make me out a liar and not hear me out. She needs to find another job if she cant handle complaints and resolve them.

My second time having the same issue I order online I ordered a meat lovers pizza normal no changes and think crust half & half. Pick up and the meat lovers is supreme which then means I have to wait for them to make another pizza correct while my other pizza sits and wait in the warmer. Just dirty and we’ll make it over. So inconvenient

I had an order that never arrived. I guess they use DoorDash for delivery and the dasher said he couldn’t find my house. I called and the lady who answered was super rude when I tried to call about my missing order. Costumer service is really bad.

I recently purchased here before and I didn’t have any issues now I know why I stopped purchasing… My pizza’s were wrong. It’s sad when you have to deal with unprofessional workers as if they paid for the food themselves. I was told I could get a store credit for one…I purchased two!! From now on I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I was told they couldn’t take my word after me calling and telling them my pizza was wrong. I offered to send pictures but was told no. The irony of it all.

I like this location because of the convenience. However asking 3 ways for a tip is quite uncomfortable….when I order online it asks for a tip, I go into pick order they ask to sign and the paper asks for gratuity then before I leave the worker asks me to make a decision on the screen to which again it’s asking for a tip. Go home to eat and found hair in my pizza. Couldn’t eat it. ? Please guys do better!

Pizza Hut at Camp Wisdom, Grand Prairie. The employee who was taking the order, a black lady with a gold tooth, was very rude with a bad attitude. I just left the place for the better. This not the first time this kind of experience happened at this location but it's like no manager cares about customer service.

Mary Boyd is a staff member at the city of faith halfway house on Cezanne Ave in baton rouge Louisiana,,re entry program,,this lady has been antagonizing my son ,by putting her hands on him , trying to provoke him,,to attack her,you can clearly see in the video,how he turns his back on her,she is poking him on the shoulder,she doesn't suppose to have no physical contact, at all, with him,,,if you listen at Mary in the video,stating he hit her, that's a lie,the video clearly shows,him avoiding her,Mary went all the way around the poll and got all up in his face,,,Mary needs to loose her job behind her behavior,,you can also see in the video,how Mary is abusing her job privileges,,they city of faith says it's a privilege for them to have a phone,,,I have lot's of videos and pictures on how city of the needs to be closed down,are actions need to be taken,on the behalf of the young man in this program,,my son was sent to baton rouge county jail two weeks after he was released to this program,Ms. Smith,who is over security, stayed my son had drugs in his system,on yesterday July 16 ,2024 I spoke to Ms. James from federal bureau, prison,who started that my son passed the drug test,,,? So why did they lock him back up for 60on top of that I contacted Ms Laverne the director of the program up on my son release,, asking her how was he supposed to get back to the halfway house,Ms Laverne said,the my son has,30 to 45 minutes to return after he is released,,they are not responsible, for them returning,,if he's not back they was going to put a Xscape charge on him,I live in Texas, I had to get my son a Lyft,,

Anyways I’ll drive to another location and wast 30mins of my day just to not support this store. Corporate or management so really look into this. There’s your money pit right there.
