Absolutely horrible location/place.. fist of all got my order wrong I ordered “carne asada fries” and got pastor meat instead.. also not to mention the cheese was cold and the fries were VERY HARD like if they have been sitting out for HOURS almost as if they were still frozen.. definitely will never be coming back here, I recommend yall stay away from this place/ this specific location at least!! DO BETTER !

i came ere just to try the tortaa about 2 weeks ago. i thought it wasnt gonna be all that butn it is so damn good... im writing this reviwe though because ever since i ate it o ive dreamt about pollo regio EVERY night in my dreams, no matter the dream or nightmare, its always about a torta, at first i was like ok i guess im just craving it.. but no, ive been getting a torta here everyday for the last 10~ days but i still keep dreaming about it is it just that good..? I DUNNO BUT I LOVE TORTAS!!!!!!!!!!

🐓🍽️ The food was good and staff were friendly. I noticed after I drove off they did not give me my change in dollar bills only coins which was disappointing. I likely would choose a diff location next time.
