Edit: we come here about once a week and they left out our steak quesadilla and when I asked the manager to make it right she demanded a receipt and refused to make it right. She was unaccountable and unhelpful.

I love coming to Pollo de la Carrier because they always greet me with a big smile, especially Estrella and Beatriz, everything is very clean and orderly, but it makes me sad that they have taken away my family's favorite dish, the chicken broth, always excellent service.
