Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This location was terrible. I go to rising canes at least 3-4 times a month and feed a family of 6. We all absolutely love rising canes. Been to the cedar hill location, waxahachie location, oak cliff location and even the Mississippi location. They have all been great. The food is hot, fresh, and a large portion. This location was cold, dry, and had an after taste. They were also very greedy with portion. The fry’s did even fill up the little to go box. Wow ridiculous!!!!

What you will get here: Fried, white meat chicken tenders and fries. Special Cane's sauce or catsup for dipping. Don't ask for ranch, they won't have it.

The chicken is juicy and tasty. The fries are salty. The service is friendly. The atmosphere has a little edge of fun to it; each restaurant has decorations from the local community.

This is one restaurant we visit a lot and the service is always the same. To date, I've never had an error on my order and the food is so consistent. The chicken is not over seasoned, which some people complain about, but it's one thing I appreciate. After all, Caine sauce. Need I say more?! It's one of my daughter's favorites and it is her go-to, post taekwondo meal. If I had to give a constructive comment, it would be that I wish they would add diet lemonade to the menu and that it was just a little more tart. Otherwise, they hit their mark every time.

I went to Cane's Chicken 2 days ago and when I tell you I got a three piece my chicken tenders were so big the all the flour or whatever they use was coming off it just look like a big nasty piece of meat I asked for it to be extra crispy that did not happen overall I probably won't be going back for a very long time

I ordered a 25 piece tailgater, with extra canes sauce. 2 of the canes sauce containers, did not have their lids on properly. Please ask your team to do better, or design a box, where they do not have to put them in sideways. This was easily preventable.

I'm usually not a fan but this particular location changed my mind. The staff was energetic and fun the food was sooo good and I'm in a better mood because of it! Loved it!

I have been going here for over a year but now the quality has gotten worse. More than half of my orders have been wrong. Don't get me wrong canes in good just go to another location.

BUYERS BEWARE! I don’t know what kind of SCAM the night crew is running but those kids are charging drive thru customers TWICE! You pay at one window, drive to the next and SURPRISE, “your payment didn’t go through”. They want you to pay again!
I showed the cashier my text alert on my phone from my bank stating my payment was approved. There was about 4 of them standing around at the window. She called the “manager” to the window, he said I need to “PROVE” I paid, I then showed him my pending bank transaction that stated I indeed PAID for my order. He refused to serve me. I parked my car, out of respect to the cars behind me, walked inside and spoke to the same “manager” (GEO, GIO he said his name was) telling him you “PROVE” to me my transaction was declined, he stated “how do I do that” I said PRINT a receipt. He took a picture with his phone of something on the register. Ok. I then called American Express customer service to CONFIRM I had a pending transaction for Raising Canes. Representative confirmed it was approved. And STILL they wanted me to swipe my card again, NO, NOPE, NO!! I feel bad for the individuals who trustingly swiped their cards again, being charged double for an order.

Unfortunately for me, I can not dispute this transaction until it’s posted in a few days. At 7 months pregnant, I didn’t need nor deserve the disrespect and stress that came with this staff of workers. Will never visit this location again, as long as those kids are still running it!!! Horrible experience, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Really bad quality. Very sad, me and my family came to canes for years but today they didn’t fully cook our chicken. The tenders weren’t crispy. You broke our hearts canes.
