I’Im upset because I drove 15 minutes all the way there and spend $43 Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I made it back to my Apartment that House Sauce that I ask Several Times never was put in the Bag ,I called the Restaurant to Complain and the Manager answered to tell me to go back and Get the Sauce or for Next visit,No offering a discount for next visit or something to make the stupid Diner Better .

After not going to raising canes for about a year because the last time I went to the one in Lewisville and received 3 small tenders when I would always receive med to large tenders. So tried the one in Grand Prairie and it was the same tenders that were 2inches long x 3. I won't be going back. I gave another location a 2nd chance and got the same thing. So maybe that is their new standard and its not for me.

Great Canes location

I just went through drive through. Got home and they completely got my order wrong, I specifically asked for no coleslaw and double fries but got the double toast and no fries And The girls running the window for drive through today were very unprofessional when I asked for Sweet n’ Low sugar. Laughing because they didn’t know what that was. Worse experience ever.

Did a curbside pick up, but after 10 mins from my pick up time no one showed up. Don’t offer a service that you can complete

Went through the drive-thru other day and ordered a Caniac Combo ST Lite ice no toast & extra fries. I checked my meal and still had my toast, did not have extra fries nor did I have any coleslaw/silverware. The attendant read me back my order correctly yet I still got a wrong order. This happens almost every time at this location and I am about to stop going all together.

Went for dinner at 1:50 which is ten minutes before closing but they are open till 2. Sat at speaker for 5 mins then someone said o we are closed and not serving anymore. How in the five minutes i sat there could you not speak up?
