0 stars if i could !This place was TERRIBLE ! First they were having trouble understanding the most SIMPIEST REQUEST ! Place was FILTHY ! Theres no A C and The cooks were sweating over the Sandwhichs while preparing orders ! THATS DISGUSTING !!! and let's not get started on the food. Lord help me ! The Sandwhiches were SLOPPY as ever ! Vegetables were hanging all out the Side of the sandwhich and the bread was not schlotzsky's bread AT ALL! No one seems to care about this location! Front lawn not taken care of ! This location is NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED! AND OVERALL JUST A JOKE ! If you care about what goes into your body this is DEFINITELY NOT THE SPOT FOR YOU !

My husband and I drove from Arlington to the drive through a little after 9pm in GP. I asked them about their buy one get one free pizza. He quickly said “IT’S TOO LATE!” I said you don’t close til 10pm. Then he quickly said, “WE DON’T HAVE ANY!” What kind of customer service is that….

Stopped in at 9:08pm.When paying their creditcard machine was messed up and had to restart it. Then we stated it was for here.The manager wanted to tell us its almost time to close.Which we replied we have time to eat inside.When the food was brought to us it was in a bag to go.Also the manager was hitting his fist into his hand telling the poor young employee why he let us order.Felt bad for the employee to be treated that way.We forgot to ask for pepper on sandwich. We asked to buy some and was explained they don't have any.They throw them away for health reason every night.Never have I heard this crap before.Then manager comes out to ask us he threw the soup away already did we want something else.When we was eating the sandwich noticed the meat looked bad.Asked why would you put that nasty meat in a sandwich and he had no answer.But did notice the guy was making our sandwich with no gloves on! Also he a thermometer on counter which made us wonder if someone was sick.Would never go back to this place again.Dont advise anyone else either.Think its a hospital trip in the making.

I always have an issue with the staff here. I feel like they don't communicate well, and it leads to misunderstandings. Today's jalapeño bread was old and stale ,but the regular bread was more fresh. I'd rather go to the Schlotskys on I20 ,but sometimes I come here when I don't want to drive down south. I noticed their pricing is a few cents more here than the south GP location.

The food was terrible! The chicken soup looked as if it had been around for days and it was all liquid with very little else. My wife had the broccoli soup and it was just as bad! It tasted as if it had been re-warmed a couple of times before. I know neither was fresh made. The sandwich Upset my stomach really bad! I'm very upset and disappointed with the food we were served!
