Please do society and your business a favor...the young gentleman at the drive thru needs to be fired. He's immediately rude without reason just taking my order. I hope there's surveillance with audio because you can see how he treats customers. He's even harassing ppl at the window, just from waiting at the window it shows how chaotic it is. He still got my order wrong. He clearly doesn't care about his job. Not a speck of professionalism, my goodness this establishment is a business.

We went to Schlotsky’s today in Grand Prairie and ordered three fiesta chicken sandwiches. The posted price in the drive through was $9.49 each for the medium sandwich. When we got up to the window to pay we were charged $9.99 per sandwich. I disputed the price and was told they just haven’t updated the drive through pricing yet. I informed them they would need to honor the posted price and the manager refused to do it offering a free cookie. Needless to say, we left without purchasing the sandwiches.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. This restaurant is overpriced and food is VERY NASTY! The whole menu needs to change. The salads are nasty and super overpriced. The bread sticks were hard. The drive thru took 15 min to give me my order. I don’t recommend this restaurant!
Complete scam. Disgusting food, wrong order
Loaded a plain turkey sandwich with black olives, refused refund after food was returned. Refused to give a name for reference
Do not shop here

I always go to the store in Lindale, Tx. Pizzas & Flatbreads are delicious! The young lady at the counter and manager (Owen) are very friendly and helpful! Great deal on buy 1 get 1 free on Wednesdays!
Review for Schlotzsky’s – 2035 N Hwy 360, Grand Prairie, TX 75050
As someone with a background in franchise operations and a strong understanding of corporate standards and customer service protocols, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location.
I do not eat any red meat at all and living accordingly to my religious beliefs, I do not eat pork. I specifically requested and paid for a substitution of chicken, which was made. However, the arrogance, dismissiveness, and overall rude behavior of the manager completely ruined the experience to the point where I no longer wanted the food. Her attitude and tone were unprofessional and unwelcoming, making what should’ve been a simple accommodation feel like a burden.
To make matters worse, the food took an excessive amount of time to be prepared. Given the manager’s hostile demeanor and lack of customer care, I genuinely began to question whether my food had been tampered with. I ultimately lost my appetite and left feeling disrespected and uneasy.
What escalated the issue further was the manager calling someone she claimed was named “Julio,” stating he was the owner of the store. This person got involved over the phone but failed to identify himself properly and acted in a way that raised serious concerns. If he was not the actual owner, then this is impersonation—an extremely serious matter. The manager also lied to the responding authorities regarding the situation, and I have the entire interaction recorded as proof.
This location reflects a complete breakdown in customer service, ethical behavior, and management accountability. As someone who values and upholds franchise standards, I am appalled. The manager involved, along with anyone impersonating ownership, should be thoroughly investigated and removed if found to be at fault.
I strongly recommend corporate take immediate and appropriate action. This level of conduct is damaging to the brand, harmful to customer trust, and unacceptable by any professional standard.

It was my first time here and I guess it was pretty good. I wanted a sandwich but they didn't have any turkey so that kinda went downhill from there. I got a flatbread which wasn't bad but it wasn't the best. The tables were dirty which really sucked. Other than that is was a pretty cool place.

This location makes the sandwiches like they are supposed to be made! Best location ever!!!! The sourdough is perfectly baked and the ingredients are fresh and juicy, not dried and over cooked/baked. Thanks for the extra TLC!

Gainesville TX Bad experience at the one in Gainesville, sandwiches were rang up wrong, all 4 of them. Had to go inside to get our 3 sweet teas and chips, my sandwich fell on the counter, not wrapped. Had to tell them 3 times what I wanted on the sand which. Customers could see the mess, I politely said this mess is still here... she went and told another young girl I assume manager, she told me off that I didn't have any business telling the girl about the mess or what to do, I cleaned it up best I could. Got the teas and they were unsweetened. While waiting, there was a roach on the floor. Rude and hateful and had to wait another 25 minutes to get the rest of my order.

Solid sandwich shop with reliable quality.
The staff I interacted with were kind, fast, and helpful. They spoke perfect English to me and then perfect Spanish to the person behind me. They were also helping a large order ahead of me while assisting a man who asked for more sauce.
Not an easy job and they did it well. Plus - the sandwiches are great.

They don't seem to understand basic English there...at least through the drive through. Every time I go it seems to be this way.

I'll NEVER go to the Schlotzsky's in Wichita Falls ever again! The last time I went I got a large container of potato soup, which fit upright in my van's console the whole entire trip. There was NO chance of the cup tipping over on the way home. When I took the paper bag containing the soup out of the bigger plastic bag, the entire contents of the soup fell out of the bottom of the bag covering my kitchen table, a fabric cushion chair, & all over the floor; thankfully the floor was tile Immediately, I called the manager & told him the lid had come off of the soup & the contents had sloshed out of the container into the bottom of the bag which led to the accident. He stated that he was the franchise owner for 25 years & in that time he had never, not once heard of this happening because according to him all of his employees always secure the lids correctly on every single soup container. I call BS & would give 0 stars for every review if I could because the owner ended up not comping only the soup since I specifically stated I only wanted reimbursement for that item & not the rest of the order Instead of losing $11 or so for this, his store will now lose hundreds, if not hopefully thousands if I get my way & nobody I know ever goes to his store again. He is really stupid & was downright rude in how he handled this particular complaint in the completely wrong manner. He doesn't deserve to be franchise owner of any store, anywhere. The only franchise location in my hometown has a 4.1 average on Google reviews, yet I think the local owner pays people to put those on there. If you want a more realistic review score of that place, visit them on Yelp, where their average is 2.2, which is being far too generous. Ngl, they should be below 2
I love Schlotzsky’s bread and sandwiches! It’s one of the most delicious treats for lunch or dinner! 💕🤗
