This location is really stingy with the meat on your sandwiches. They make medium sandwiches with the same mount of meat they mk small sandwiches with. I've been there 2 different times and its was the same both times. No MEAT!!!!!!! SMH, WONT BE GOING BACK THATS FOR SURE!!!!!!???

They forget croutons sometimes ? but they usually get it right every time. Never had a bad experience here besides the croutons missing from my cesar salad from time to time ?
One time, I got grainy lettuce, but I didn't bother to complain bc I come here often, and they usually get my order correct with no issues.

The service at this location is always stellar. Placing order on the drive thru was fast and efficient. I was a little unsure about the drinks offered with the kids meals, but the gentleman was kind enough to name everything available. I'd recommend.

This location has never had rye bread which is weird for a sandwich place but I still got the Rueben. Now they’ve done away altogether with the Rueben so I ordered a pastrami and Swiss except they were out of Swiss. When I asked if the manager was aware the young lady at drive through said, yes, and that it happens all the time because their delivery truck comes on Saturday. I guess the lesson is don’t go there after about Tuesday because their inventory will be depleted.

Foods good but owner can’t seem to keep chips ect stocked!!! Please get it together 2.5weeks and you still haven’t got a chip shipment starting to think you can’t cover your bills!!! Very frustrating!!!

Great place. Food is so good. Plus they have a buy one get one free on their pizzas, which was really great. I basically got 2 pizzas for $13 bucks not bad. Service was great. They were fast and efficient. Loved it.
Parking: Alot of room to park. I am a truck driver so any drivers out there that wants to eat at this place, there's a spot on the side of the road the business is on where you can park you may have to do a little bit of walking but it's not that bad.
Got The T-Mobile Tues special Small Entre with the Purchase of a Regular Drink. Hubs enjoyed the Rootbeer I enjoyed the French Dip Roast Beef yum yum

Tried to make payment at the front counter, the employee tried to hit the button for the max tip.. granted I only ordered a sandwich to go, no combo and I wasn't dining in.. she then said the card machine wasn't working properly and asked if she could run the transaction in the back, I then said okay. She returned with my card and the receipt was wrapped around my card.. I noticed the next day in my bank statements that she did indeed process the sandwich charge and then she tipped herself 10 dollars when in reality I was never going to tip them.. because why would I? They're paid to make sandwiches and I wasn't dining in so they wouldn't have to clean after me.. this is theft and it is a fraudulent charge.. I will definitely be having a conversation with the manager.. this unacceptable, I could only imagine how many other people this girl has scammed and took the max tip without any authorization.. just imagine 10 dollars times 1000 people.. she is out here scamming people 10 dollars at a time.. the girl is a short brunette so if she rings you up be sure to watch out..

Buyer Beware: I am a fan of Schlotzsky's, but Notzsky's on this visit. Staff was not smiling, not friendly or helpful with the menu, I believe I interrupted their ongoing social media perusing so they could take my order. The soda freestyle machine was out of the majority of the drink options, try explaining that to a 4 year old. I went for the tea option, uh oh.....the tea was old, very disappointed. The food portions were noticeably less that what I have received in the past. The food was 3 star ok. The cinnamon roll that we got had very little icing and we had to ask for more icing and she obliged with another minimal amount. It seemed and felt like I was in the middle of some "portion control directive" with my orders. The only consistencies I experienced with this location compared to other locations were the layout and signage. Plenty of opportunity for management on all levels. Do better.
