I had a great experience at Serious Eats, and I want to give a special shoutout to the host, Kris. From the moment we walked in, Kris was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of right away. His attitude and energy really set the tone for the whole visit. Me and my family loved the pizza and the wings.

I wish I could give five stars cause the staff were so welcoming and kind. But I got food poisoning a few hours after eating a beef slider. I know it was the beef cause thankfully none of my family ate any and I’m so glad my little girls didn’t get sick too. It’s almost 2am and I’ve been up all night vomiting and I’m exhausted and so full of regret for having come here. I didn’t except much, just somewhere easy to feed my kids but never again!

This place is a joke. The kiosks are so slow and laggy, the customer service is terrible and the pizza was undercooked. All the staff was dealing with yet another costumer that had issues with his order and could not service anyone else. I waited 15 minutes before I got my drink while my food sat cold and undercooked at the table. Once I finally got my drink, I opened the pizza box and was met with disappointment.

I was really excited to try the pepperoni pizza and the Brookie Monster shake at Serious Eats Grand Prairie. We ordered the Brookie Monster shake, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The staffs who are making milkshakes in the kitchen kept pushing to hurry because it was busy, which made the visit stressful. On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes for the milkshake and ended up getting a refund for it. If they can’t manage wait times properly, especially for something like a milkshake, it just wastes mines and customers’ time.
It was frustrating and upsetting to wait so long and feel rushed at the same time. The pizza itself was okay, but the long wait and rushed atmosphere ruined the overall experience. The combination of the long wait and pressure from the employees ruined the experience. I hope this can take this feedback to improve customer service and order management. 🙁👎🤦♂️

We went for the holiday pop-up and to see the light show on Friday. The lady that took our order was very nice and helpful! We got our sliders and fries first, maybe 10 minutes after ordering; but the pizza took almost 25 minutes longer. My sliders and fries were cold by the time we sat down to eat, so I really couldn't enjoy it. That was really disappointing. It seemed most patrons that were waiting for some time, were waiting on pizza.
Its was more like a sports bar it was definitely busy when we went and very festive. But the parking lot i would say very small since its connected to alot of other businesses around so the parking alot was full. But we that night also had an event of lights and a show and a market thing going on. Definitely worth a visit to see.

This place was overcrowded and the staff were not helpful. We came for the holiday popup and while it was cute, there were too many people and not enough places to sit. The food was mediocre and the sliders were tiny for $6! We won't be back.
