Been to Smoothie King from Tyler to Arlington, and the experience i had on Camp Wisdom was fantastic!!!! Such a great and friendly stafff!!! Had aa mango - pineapple drink. The best thanks Diana!!!If I could gave 10stars i sure would. Have a blessed day and THANKS!

There is no point of having Açai bowls and you never have them available. I went to my first location at Smoothies King on Matlock and Debbie Ln. Then I went to this location in grand prairie and got the same results. No açai bowls were available. Just ridiculous smh. Wasted my gas and my time. Customer service wasn’t that great either.

The guy taking my order was great but when we pulled up to the window a young lady had her headphones on and I kept having to repeat myself. I was definitely very annoyed and not sure why that is allowed.

I walked into this location at to 7:12pm Sunday 12/29/24 and when I got to the counter to place my order the employee told me the store was closed. I asked why was it closed when their store hours on the door stated closing times at 8pm on Sundays. The employee replied that the manager just wants them to close. I said why would your door still be unlocked for customers to come in if your store is closed. Terrible business practices and very unprofessional. Smoothie King, if your establishment is closing earlier than times posted put a sign up to enlighten the customers of this change and lock the door.

I just saw one of the girls that was making the smoothies leave the store to hand deliver a smoothie to someone in the parking lot with her gloves on and came back inside to make more smoothies WITHOUT changing her gloves. Management needs to review their camera footage and address unsanitary practices at this location.

The best Smoothie King / Staff in the DFW area. They've never missed! My smoothie has always been on point, no matter what I order. The store is always clean, and the staff are very kind and professional. I drive all the way from Desoto just to enjoy my smoothie. I appreciate you guys! Thank you!!!!

Wow! I started coming to this location because of the numerous issues I was having with the location closest to my home. This location is a little out of my way but well worth the extra miles. All the employees are so friendly and the smoothies taste like love. Michael and Jacob are two young men who deserve a quick mention because their customer service is impeccable. Always smiling and they handle a busy moment with and grace and professionalism. If you are in the area stop by and by a smoothie. Tell them Starr sent you. Enjoy :).
