Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. The young people you have working here know nothing about customer service. Last week I walked into this location, and they were busy with the drive thru. No customers in the inside at all. With that said, I was not greeted or met with a "we'll be right with you, give us a second" There was NOTHING! The African American female and Caucasian male with glasses continued to work as if I wasn't standing at the register at all. I waited for 7 minutes and by this time two more customers had walked in. By the time the young Caucasian male came to the register, it was simply "how can I help you" No acknowledgement of sorry for the wait or empathy, smile, or friendliness. My presence seemed more like a burden to him and the young lady. Meanwhile both made eye contact with me several times in the 7 minutes that I waited. I'm sorry but for a $7 smoothie the customer service should be excellent. The fact that these high school students or young adults who were NOT trained on customer satisfaction leaves a poor taste in my mouth and needless to say, I will NEVER return to this location. Smoothie King, please do better, before people realize that a large part of your business can be done from their homes in a simple store-bought blender. It's as if the young people don't even understand the customers are the reason they even have a job. Please do better! From a former customer.

I visited this location two weeks ago to get my usual Daily Warrior. I usually ask for no stevia or peanut butter and sub in sun warrior plant based protein. This is the only location that has given me problems about this request. The sales associate told me that they were unable to sub out this request and wanted to charge me for the addition of plant based protein. I frequent Smoothie King franchises over the DFW and many states and no location has ever tried to make me pay for this request. The sales associate at this location was so adamant on not allowing this request. The irony of this is one of their employees did this substitution with no problems 2 days before substituting with no extra cost. I furnished the receipt showing the transaction where there was an even substitution at no charge. Once, I brought this to the sales associate attention, he says “ well we fired her for doing that so she is no longer working here”. I was in disbelief that he would tell me that they fired this young lady. That was not for me, the customer, to know but that just shows how completely unprofessional this location acted with poor customer service.In addition, one of my friends purchased a smoothie from this location today and a sales associate told her that they no longer honor upsize Friday! This is hallmark for Smoothie King franchises to run this special every Friday and not allowing this special or not honoring it anymore is unfortunate and a complete disservice.I hope that the franchise owner now knows that his/her franchise is ran this way with poor customer service and satisfaction. I do not recommend this location. This franchise does not run in alignment with the other location.

So went to get a drink had the hardest time three young highschool Teenagers behind the counter made my drink wrong with peanut butter when asked to change it they act like they didn’t hear me and one young boy tried to argue. When asked for the managers number one girl wi tbh braids and glasses said they don’t have it. If I had a peanut allergy I would have died. Horrible service. I will contact Smoothie King HR.

Seems to discriminate or not be helpful towards people who want to order or may want to sit inside. It should not be at the fault of the customer that they are limited to just purchasing a smoothie via drive thru only. No posted sign or anything doesn't help. 4 workers do not look like its understaffed when they're trained to be efficient. An apology for an inconvenience could've suffice, but telling me to only order at the drive thru (EVEN THOUGH YOU JUST SOLD A SMOOTHIE TO A man who opened the locked door for me), just comes of as lazy and inconsiderate to the customer. It's 7pm...an hour before close, not 5 min til close. They were obviously capable of taking "another" indoor order, just not willing to take mine.

Employees seem so upset and unhappy, from pulling up to the drive thru speaker to the window. Lady today, Kim H., at the window clearly needs lesson in customer service, barely reached for my card or when handing me my items I almost had to reach half my body into the drive through window. Also, waited over 15/20 mins for 2 items, a 20 oz. & a bowl as cars behind me were served with the quickness. Rude staff and service. Only because my son wanting a bowl did I support this location today. Never Again.
