0/10 will never try again! Horrible customer service! Snow cones watered down! Ask the young lady in the window which cup has the certain flavor’s because I ordered multiple, the dum mtf going to say they all different sizes !what are you slow! #1 you don’t listen #2can’t take orders and have the audacity to have an attitude and slam the window in my face and told me I’m holding up the line because I’m asking a question about my order! Rude and very unprofessional! Hiring these poor personality miserable ppl with no respect is bad for business! I will most definitely report that b****. desoto location!!! 0 stars for sure!

This place served me the BEST snow cones I have ever had in my 30 years of life. The two working the shop were also super cool people. I cannot wait to go back to this location next time im in the area! Super recommend to my GP/Arlington people!

We waited for more than 30 minutes in line for 1 customer who got 2 cones. The lady working was talking about her nails with that customer when theres a line of cars waiting. When we asked her why it took so long she said "I can do whatever I want with my business, so dont bother coming back". Which I dont plan too, not with that type of service.
