Terrible service. They made me wait 20 minutes in drive thur to take my order, I had to go to the window to have my order taken and the person who served me was rude when I was asking for an explanation of why the delay. His response was "I don't know"!!!
The manager needs to train the staff more, starting with himself!!!

Went to Sonic today and had to say I was very disappointed with the service to begin my order a lot longer than I would have wanted and to top it off I found out it was the manager that was originally attending me. I was able to get my order through with the assistance of a kind girl I will unfortunately not be returning to this location.

They always like always forget my food and there attitude is so bad
I used a coupon to order them they tried to charge me $21 for instead of $9. After that they got my meal wrong and worker had a complete attitude when I sent the food back to get my correct order. Need beater management and workers.

Don’t go to this Sonic, their employees can’t even take a simple order. Pulled up, after they responded I said I would like a super sonic double cheeseburger with mustard and everything on it. Long pause, about a minute. Then she says what kind of fries, then I say I just want the burger. Long pause again, no response, then I say I just want the burger I ordered not the combo. Still no response🤦♂️🤷🏼♂️ I just drove off and went a couple blocks down to Braums. I don’t have the patience to deal with people that dense.

I have been here multiple times, and it's like everytime I want mozzarella sticks they never give me marinara sauce and I ask for it twice and instead they either don't put it in the bag or the give me this nasty (groovy sauce) and no ranch with my pickle fries, like what is the issue are y'all out or just too lazy to put the sauces in the bag. It's just happened to many times. I know it might not sound like a big deal and maybe it's not, but it is to me.
