We went by on a Saturday night around 9:30. There was no other customers so I expected my food to be made properly. I live less than 5 minutes from this sonic. When we got home everything was cold. Fries, tots maybe its expected but still I’ve never had them be as cold as they were. Burgers were also cold that not even the cheese was melted. I had asked for no pickles on one of the burgers I repeated it actually and employee told me it had no pickles but yet still added pickles. Mozzarella sticks were also cold, cheese not melted at all. Also ordered a sonic blast and ice cream tasted sour. First time I’ve ever had an experience where every single item was bad.

They left me sitting in the car for 20 mins the first time messed up my order I asked for a refund they were rude and make me sit in the car for another 20 mins I finally pushed the button again and morning

Still waiting to hear back from corporate from a complaint I put in a month ago so I will post my grievances here. We got there 30 minutes before close, tried to order online when we were on the way and online ordering was off. No issue. We still went because they were open. Got there. Was told at the drive thru intercom that the apple pay was not working so we went to the atm down the street and got money out and came right back. We were then told that they were only doing online orders?? Why wouldn’t they have said that five minutes ago before we went to get the money? I told them the online orders were off and all I got from the girl was a “oh.” I told them we were there and we got money out and they were still supposed to be open so please take our order. At first it was just a rude girl on the speaker then it was a little funny boy and he pretended to have a really thick Mexican accent and you could just hear both of them smiling and giggling like it’s just hilarious to waste peoples time. I told them I’d contact corporate they just said “go ahead”. I understand working night shift sucks but it’s still your job. Sonic cannot be serious with letting these little kids mistreat customers like that.

do not come here. this is the worst sonic i have ever been to. decided to give them another chance since i was in a time crunch, i should’ve known better. placed an online order: i ordered chilli cheese tots and they gave me cheese fries. let them know their mistake and they took the fries back and said they’d bring me the correct item. i waited over 15 minutes for the fries and they never brought them to me. i was already late to where i needed to be, couldn’t wait any longer for them and ended up leaving.

Worst customer service ever!!! Thursday night 09/04/2025 the people working that night were the worst !!! Honestly they should hire people who want to work and help not teenagers who don’t seem to care about customer service.

This is the Sonic on pioneer parkway Grand Prairie, Texas. Every time I come to that place. The customer service is terrible and the place doesn't look clean inside. The people there are not willing to help you to get ut good customer service. They have attitudes and they act like they don't want to be there. This is one of the worst sonics I've ever been to and I do not ever want to go there again. I've been there several times and gave them several chances. As far as customer service is concerned. I ordered food on doordash for Sonic and when I got up there the manager was digging boogers and wiped it on the counter when I was at the window so I canceled my order cuz that looked gross and disgusting. And the next day they didn't want to refund my money because I went through a third party I think is ridiculous and I don't like this place. Manager that I went back to the next day named Victor. He was a terrible manager. He said that he had the ask the GM if he could refund the money and she said no. It was just a big hassle. I never will return to that Sonic again.

Never received order placed online, waited 30 min woth only me and 1 person here (around 6pm today) and as I was about to leave a lady came out asking if we ordered an M&M blast and I told them I only ordered 2 drinks and they said okay and never came back out. Waited an extra 15min and just left. Money wasted that I cant get back.

Terrible service, did an online order so I won't have to wait. Going on 50mins almost an hour and still waiting on a online order I made 15mins prior picking it up. I gave this place a second chance after we waited for 30mins for just 5 drinks, I definitely learned my lesson this time. Never again. Once I got my food and took it home, the fries were over cooked and burgers made from left out patties seems like.
