Terrible service. I asked a question and kept being referred to the menu. I ordered a milk shake .. the lid was not on right so some of it spilled. The girl didn't offer to get another one. And they didn't even give me a straw.Food was cold.

I tried to give this location grace, I really did. But they are always out of everything!Multiple times I’ve ordered ice cream or slushies on the app, only to arrive and they’re out it! Then I have to contact support to support and get a refund.It’s really sad because I’m so close to this location and I was so excited to get Sonic all the time. This location NEVER has ice cream or slush mix. They always seem to be out of everything that makes Sonic what it is! On MULTIPLE occasions, I’ve ordered online and had to call Support and request a refund because when I pull up, they tell me they’re out of everything! VERY DISAPPOINTING! Especially since our family lives so close to this location. We were so excited to have a Sonic close by. But what good is it if they’re always out of everything?!

2024 update- my daughter wants an Ocean Water after practice, it’s 9pm I order on the app and check in at 9:05. At 9:18 I hit the button and ask do you have ocean water? The young man politely says we have a lot of orders be right with you. Now I watch him deliver food and change to one of the other 3 cars there and 2 in the drive thru. He goes in picks up a young child spins her around and goes back to work I guess. But all we ordered was a drink which in between play could’ve been delivered. At 9:22 my daughter says just leave which is what I did. That’s the absolute last dollar that location will ever get from me. Clearly they are short staffed and poorly managed which means ownership sucks and they don’t deserve anyones money.*Exterior always looks dirty and unenthusiastic employees

I didn’t get a chance to order any food I was calling to see if they had $1.99 foot long and the guy that answered the phone just said hello I had to ask if this was sonic then he says yeah like he on his personal phone no apology for not acknowledging that this was sonic I don’t know about any body else but that is enough for me not to even order there very unprofessional

Went around 1 pm on 11/9. Half of the stalls didnt work. I ordered a pretzel and medium mozzarella sticks. When I chewed on my pretzel, I found a hair baked into it. Blech. Couldn't eat it and the mozzarella sticks didn't have the full 6 sticks. Won't go to this location again. Would post a picture but sure that no one wants to see half chewed food. Totally grossed out.

If you like sonic then you'll like this sonic too. The people are fast if you order from the app. I'd give the atmosphere a 2 because there's a lot of stalls not on or working but food and service are good.

this is the worst Sonic location there is. If you have to drive further away to go to a different one, please do so. This location has the rudest laziest employees and the food is never hot. Poor customer service and it's dirty around the outside. I stopped coming here for months, decided to give it another try and they continue to fail. I will never spend my money at this location again.
