We did a mobile order while waiting at the stall. A truck pulled up to stall 15 ordered after I did and they ended up messing up his order. This place is ridiculous the manager doesn't know how to manage this place. Y'all need to do better. It's not even busy so that's not an excuse.

Ordered through the app, and it says easy ice for two drinks and these drinks were 3/4 ice. I asked for all natural lemonade with cherry and was given a cherry limeade.... there was literally a lime it in. Sorry ppl, but can yall please read what ppl take the time to change and order and make it properly. :( i was really looking forward to my cherry lemonade and I didn't take a sip till I got home, so I wasn't able to tell them this while I was picking up. So no one come at me saying well why didn't u drink it or check it.

Ordered a chili cheese footlong coney and chili cheese tots and didn't receive a proper made order. I thought it might have gotten stuck on the wrapper but as you can see it did not.

I ordered a burger from the location in Grand Prairie located on the block of great southwest and 20 and they didn’t even put a top bun in my burger! When I took it back for a refund they refused and said they could remake it when I told them no and called corporate they just keep saying to wait 24 to 48 hours for the manager to call you and they never do! ***Update even after doing what was told to do below I still haven’t received a call back or a refund it’s now November 19th the situation happened October 31st.
