I have been very impressed with this Sonic location for a while now.The other Sonics in the area have declined in food quality and especially customer service, but not this location.For me, I have been greeted with smiles and give Yes Ma'am and No Ma'am when appropriate. When I ask for extra cookies in my ice cream, I can actually tell that extra were added.Overall, they do a pretty good job consistently.

I should have asked for half of my $3 tip back on an $12 order of 3 simple items. The burger was nasty. Barely any chili on my fries, and they didn't put ketchup in the bag like I requested. Drink wasn't made right either.

Everytime I come here it’s bad. But tonight!! I order a chili cheese coney. They say they’re out of bread. I ask well what do you have available now. She says we have everything except the bread for the coney. Ok I’ll take a double quarter pound cheeseburger. She says I’m sorry we’re out of meat!!!
The manager has horrible customer service still and chooses what she wants to serve in the mornings. Last time ever going to this sonic!

This has to be the most trashy place of service all the times I have came to order they mess up my order n tell me to come to the drive thru hell no I will not recommend this place to no one the food is always cold the worker here have no experience : and are very rude this place needs people who really want to work not some lazy teenagers just trash ?

The service has just been declining constantly. I can't just make an order and wait for the food. I have to constantly repeat myself only for them to still get it wrong. That coupled with how the food quality isn't what it used to be is why I'm just tired of this place and not eating here again.
