The food here is great—I've dined in and ordered to-go, and it’s consistently delicious. However, the wait times are frustrating. If you’re not assertive when picking up a to-go order, you risk getting passed over.

I once ordered a simple sandwich and fries, and two people who ordered after me received their food and left before I did. I stayed patient and said nothing, but I now realize I should have spoken up.

Even when ordering online ahead of time, I’ve shown up and still had to wait while others who ordered in person walked out before me.

Bottom line: If you’re on a tight schedule, this might not be the best lunch option. But if you’ve got time to spare, the food is definitely worth the wait.“

We were constantly asked about the food, refills and other requests. The manager came and introduced himself and refilled the breadsticks. “I ordered to go a rice plate with pork chop, crab cake and pork skin. Price is on a higher side comparing to nearby restaurants. However, my rice plate tasted very authentic. Remind me of the ones I grew up eating in Vietnam. Pork chop was tender and well marinated. I also enjoyed the crab cake & pork skin as well. In short, this dish is better than a lot of restaurants in Arlington in my opinion. I will come back for sure“

“I had the pleasure of dining at the Olive Garden on Northwest Highway on July 25, 2025, and had a great experience. I was joined by several coworkers, and we all truly enjoyed ourselves. I ordered the steak pasta, and it was absolutely delicious—cooked perfectly and full of flavor.

I also want to highlight our server, Daniel, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service was top-notch, and I hope management recognizes the great job he's doing.

“Wonderful service and the food was great! I had pasta e fagioli soup and spaghetti and meatballs. The breadsticks are still so good, but not so good if you’re on a diet🥴. It’s a nice atmosphere for a good meal and conversation. The other servers seem to be helping each other to be sure the diners are taken care of.“

The dumplings were golden and crispy with delicious dipping sauce, and the main entrée was packed with tender meat, crisp vegetables, and fried rice that was full of flavor.

On top of that, they went above and beyond by giving me extra wontons for free, which was such a thoughtful touch. The portions are generous, the quality is outstanding, and the service is kind and welcoming.
