The food here is great—I've dined in and ordered to-go, and it’s consistently delicious. However, the wait times are frustrating. If you’re not assertive when picking up a to-go order, you risk getting passed over.

I once ordered a simple sandwich and fries, and two people who ordered after me received their food and left before I did. I stayed patient and said nothing, but I now realize I should have spoken up.

Even when ordering online ahead of time, I’ve shown up and still had to wait while others who ordered in person walked out before me.

Bottom line: If you’re on a tight schedule, this might not be the best lunch option. But if you’ve got time to spare, the food is definitely worth the wait.“

“The Manager at this location is very very serious about customer experience; we were in for dinner on a very busy night and though my 6 year old got her food right away ours was taking its seemingly normal time. The waiter came by and explained there was a delay, to be honest I didn’t notice; shortly there after we were visited by the manager ( who had already come by to check in) and he apologized and explained the reason for the delay (again I hadn’t noticed a delay based on other Olive Gardens I’ve been too) but he said the entrees were on him. He was very kind and didn’t have to do that my typical OG trip Olin other areas has always taken a long time.
It was better than normal, quicker than I’m used to and the customer service was over the top. The Franchisee is blessed to have such a great staff and manager“

“Felt like our server was ducking us. It didn't seem super packed but maybe she had a lot of tables. But she didn't come around often and kept pushing us to use the little tablet to look and order things. Which I guess makes sense if that's less of an order she has to take then that makes it easier for them.“

“Our waitress (YENIFER) was exceptional! We recently visited and ordered the popular Unlimited Pasta and Salad. The spaghetti 🍝 and meat sauce was delicious. Yennifer is extremely kind, considerate and routinely checked on us. The entire staff was very friendly. Our first visit to Olive Garden in Irving and I'll definitely be back. 💯“

“I ordered to go a rice plate with pork chop, crab cake and pork skin. Price is on a higher side comparing to nearby restaurants. However, my rice plate tasted very authentic. Remind me of the ones I grew up eating in Vietnam. Pork chop was tender and well marinated. I also enjoyed the crab cake & pork skin as well. In short, this dish is better than a lot of restaurants in Arlington in my opinion. I will come back for sure“

“I am very impressed with the customer service at this Panera. My food came out quick during lunchtime at 11:AM. The manager asked if I needed anything,. I asked for butter, he offered a knife and the crew asked if I wanted plastic or metal. I always get metal but I always have to ask, not here. I was gonna ask for a water cup, but they were right by the pick up counter. Great team, management and food. My only constructive criticism would be to improve the floor cleanliness. Aside from that…great experience.“
