Honestly, I left pretty upset. I ordered one large coffee and three small ones, and all four came with barely any coffee inside. How is it possible that not even the large one was filled properly? You pay for a specific size expecting to get what you paid for—not cups that are half empty.

It really feels like they’re charging full price but serving half the product. Very disappointing experience. Hopefully they get it together, because like this, it really makes you not want to come back.

Stopped by today to get my daughter a drink for her birthday. Ordered 3 to start off the customer service sucks! They don’t even make you feel welcomed. You’re not greeted properly or even with a smile. My drink wasn’t even topped off to the top. This location definitely needs improvement.

I stopped her thinking I would give this place another try ( shoulda just learned the first time ) drink was so watered down , I paid for extra matcha and my drink looked like just milk , LOTS of ice & cold foam on top lol , drink was gone in 2 sips , literally just bought a cup of ice and cold foam 😂

Last few times Ive been to this location the service has been super SLOW even with very few customers(maybe like 3 ) Today 10/22/25 4:30pm drinks were not made correctly and tasted terrible. Didn't drink them and decided to make the drive down to Dunkin instead. Cheaper and better btw.

They require additional training; my coffee tastes different each time. Trust me, I know what it's supposed to taste like since I always order the same drink. To be honest, the coffee isn't inexpensive, so I’d prefer to go elsewhere if this quality continues.
