TERRIBLE customer service! They don’t use the Starbucks app and when I tried paying with cash she said they don’t have change and refused to get some. I myself worked in this industry and know they always keep change. Very unprofessional. I very much believe she didn’t want to do it because their was like 10 ppl in line after me and it was only her and another employee
