I asked for a venti and didn’t even get a full cup of coffee. I ask for 2 extra pumps of syrup and was told it was a policy that they could not do that after they had already charged me for it and were not even going to tell me that they didn’t give me my extra pumps or refund me for it. This is bull because no other Starbucks has EVER told me this.

The employees didn’t even start working on my coffee til I asked how long it would be they were only focused on drive thru then seemed bothered they had to work on the ither orders. Yall can at least smile and seem like yall enjoy your job

I came in to pick up a mobile order. I noticed my order was not on the counter, waited to be acknowledged so I can share the name of my order however Team did not greet or acknowledge as I stand there to wait for my order. Continued side conversation with each others.

The worker Paula was very disrespectful when taking my order in the drive thru as well as she got my order wrong and got mad when i said it was wrong she claimed she was manger and said I can’t get my original order and to get out her drive thru I’m absolutely furious you need to have a talk with Paula

guys, it couldn’t be simpler: make the drink how it’s requested on the app. and if someone says no ice, don’t fill 70% of the cup with foam. customizations aren’t free. are we serious?
