Why do they have the doors locked and no online ordering forcing you to stay in a mile long line I thought everything was open to the public then they dont have half the items on the menu so you wasted your time

Services very nice but their drinks so bad . I ordered 1 venti matcha latte with matcha cold foam light ice but all I can taste just milk , no flavor at all and another drink which is caramel Frappuccino too sweet and tasted so bad . I think Starbucks should have some course to training to employees to make that better .

One of the worst Starbucks, all the people working that day avoid helping, were rude, acted put out, and were hateful. The environment is loud. One male kid was not cordial at all, he was absolutely disgusted to help me. Once he took my order and I paid, he skipped my order to help 3 other people with specialty orders before a simple black coffee. Will never be back!

I don't have problem with the drink, but the protein boxes are usually not fresh. The grapes are soft... Please throw them out. You can't offer this to the customers.

Went today and have a not so great experience.

My order was big and they said it would take time which is understandable.

However, my Venti Blonde latte cup was broken and spilling. I thought it was just a small drip and cleaned it but by the time I got home the drink was half gone.

I have a feeling the server wanted to remake it but was told not to by manager. Pretty disappointed to be honest.

Awful service this morning at the Westchester location. My coffee was lukewarm and my warmed muffin was no longer warm after sitting in line for 15-20 mins. I understand the long lines but why are the orders made at the time of order when busy and not able to give it at that time? By the time I get my order the whipped cream in my coffee has either melted or there was none on it to begin with when it should’ve been, and cold. My poor muffin is no longer warm and cold. They don’t put sleeves on the coffee cups nor do they put the green little stick inside to keep it warm. You always have to ask which is just silly. I’ll just have to drive to the location off 161 near Walmart. They’re much better and they put the sleeve on as well as the stick without me asking. Do better Starbucks at Westchester!!
