The only reason I’m giving such a low rating is because the staff here is not Starbucks grade. A lot of unhappy & rude ppl being put to work in customer service never ends well for the actual customers. I ordered a shaken iced hazelnut espresso and asked for light ice. I got to the window & was given my drink around 6:49 am so it’s still dark out, I turned on my car light to find it looks nothing like it usually does or much less like the picture, it literally looked like an ordinary vanilla latte, and surely didn’t taste right. I gave the employee the drink back & told him this is def not what I ordered & definitely doesn’t look like the picture. He said it’s because I asked for light ice, I told him I always order this drink with light ice and it always comes out right at the Starbucks up the road on 161 and any other location. Asked him to remake it & to pour it in a venti cup, I was given the cup with even more ice. It was more ice than coffee in either size cup. I surely don’t pay to have a drink I didn’t ask for it much less to make me something that doesn’t look like the picture. If you don’t know how to make a coffee drink because someone asked for less ice then your not trained properly clearly! Running late because someone is either being lazy and thinks the customers won’t notice and have to have our order remade is just ridiculous. And it’s only the morning crew. They need to retrain people & encourage the morning crew to have a better attitude towards customers otherwise why are y’all in the customer service business?!

DO NOT COME HEREI have given this location so many different opportunities to redeem themselves from the previous visit and every time I come here it keeps getting worse and worse. I can deal with my drinks being half foam all the time but I can’t keep dealing with the horrible customer service I receive every single time I come here. Today I went asking for a grande oat milk shaken espresso and asked for it to be put in a venti cup and to add a bit of extra milk even if the cup wasn’t entirely filled. The worker said she can’t do that for me and has to charge me the next size. I asked her to charge me for extra milk instead of a whole extra shot I don’t need because I am caffeine sensitive. She simply said no. It is absolutely ridiculous that I will get charged a $2-3 dollar difference when all I wanted was extra milk. I am willing to drive an extra 15 minutes to a different location than ever give them my business again. Actually, I ended up driving myself to Dutch Bros.This happened 03/11/2024 around 5:15pm

This particular location is always extremely busy. Which causes chaos and confusion for everyone. Every time I come here, my order is never ready on time. The last time I was there will be the last time I visit this particular location. Horrible!

Place closes randomly early, always dirty, prices higher here vs one of 161, boxes all over the place , short staff. I try to go hereBecause it is closer but always drama here .

I asked Marie stuff for the weakest coffee they had my 10 to get acid reflux with their coffee he suggested the blonde roast latte which was great, becuase I was able to add my sugar-free sweetener to it which made it perfectDietary restrictions: This choice allowed for a sugar-free coffee without the acid reflux.

This has to be the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever visited. The tables and counter tops looked as if they had not bern touched. Keep in mind this was around 9:30 am, so I'm not sure it was new filth or leftover from the night before. I spoke to someone (looked authoritative, so I assumed he was a manager) about the restrooms because it looked like a crime scene. Went back later, and it wasn't cleaned, but "picked up." It makes you call into question an entire establishment when the restrooms are filthy. I left this location to go to the library to work. At least I know it's clean.

I have been under the weather so I went to Starbucks to get me a "Medicine Ball". When I drove up there was 15 cars in the drive thru. So I was telling myself, Self... do you want to stay in this long line"? And I did... so I waited and waited and finally got to the window. Placed my order and when I got to the window to pay.... The cashier told me My order was taken care of!!!!! I didn't owe anything because it was already paid for!! I was soooooo shocked! I cried all the way home. Ya know there are still VERY NICE people in this world. I thank God for whoever or for whatever the reason I was chosen out of All those cars in the drive thru to take care of my order but THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Blessings
