The service here was horrible! Took 25 minutes with no wait to have 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches made! ALLEN did not use his active listening skills when taking the order. He made the wrong sandwich. We went with enough time to get these items but since he was moving slow and acting as if he wasn’t interested in being at work. His I don’t care body movement and moving slow actions caused my 15 year old to be late for her shift which was not far away. If he was not interested in being at work he should have called in. It’s hard enough to get a job now days and it’s people wishing for work but meanwhile they are hiring people who are just there to be there. Smh Do better Allen. Rather you want to be at work or not it should not be noticeable. Do your job with a smile and see how much of a difference it will make! If you look good you will feel good!

I stood at the counter to give my order, but the baristas were busy talking to each other and didn't acknowledge my presence. I wouldn't mind waiting if they would at least acknowledge that they see me and will get to me. Ended up walking out without buying anything.

Rude workers, primarily on their phones. Didn’t even greet the 7 customers that came in n we were all waiting in line just standing waiting to order with no acknowledgement. We waited about 2-3 mins for someone to help us or say something. 6 employees smh.

I get the same drink everywhere I go in order to compare coffee places... This Starbucks knocked it out of the park! Even amongst Starbucks, they don't all make my drink correctly - but being the first time I was here, they got it exactly how I wanted! The atmosphere was great. There is plenty of room to sit at a table with friends and visit.

I asked for a little more cream in my coffee and the cashier was super rude rolled her eyes and said she put cream in it! I paid almost $9 bucks for a cup of coffee if I wanted a little more cream how are you going to be so rude! My daughters best friend had passed away and I was having a hard day dealing no one deserves to be treated like this! You have no idea what people are going through it costs nothing to be nice!

I had a terrible experience on 2/23/2023 at 3:35 with a very passive aggressive cashier named Nick. He ignored my question when I asked him if I could receive points for my visit, and instead took my phone to continue with transaction!! I ended up not getting any points, because that location is a stand alone store. I am upset because Why didn't he tell me this when I asked so I could purchase my items elsewhere? Why did he instead choose to take my phone and go through with the transaction, and shrug it off?? At this point, I don't care about the points, I care about the terrible service I received, and how nothing has been done to rectify! I have already called corporate on this guy, since the cafe couldn't care to pick up their phone.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The older barista there is rude and racist! Calling corporate on her as I write this review! I was looking at the cups that they sell and she told me not to touch them if I wasn’t going to buy them. That her “regulars” know not to touch them! Starbucks studded tumblers are known to have bent straw or broken lids. If you’re Hispanic she’s going to watch you until you leave.
