Came to this Starbucks because it was closer to us at the time. We placed an order for 4 drinks. And the one who took our drink order through the intercom forgot that he was still on the mic... After taking our order, he said "This idiot ordered four drinks..." Despite waiting a while through the drive thru (its expected, it's Starbucks) we got to the window. We asked for the manager and asked him who was the one who took our order. He said I did... and we proceeded to tell him how unprofessional he was (and some ... He knew he was in the wrong because he kept apologizing and didn't fight back or have anything to say, saying it was his fault. His name is Selso, and he said the GM is named Katy. We won't be coming back to this location, and we should of went to our normal Starbucks (Matlock and Debbie Ln.). Don't work in the food and beverage industry if you can't handle taking orders... especially as a manager... LEARN TO WORK THE INTERCOM.

I am done. 6am the drive through is packed and the store is empty. Takes my DRIP COFFEE order and puts it in the cue BEHIND THE DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS. Then turns his back to me to make sandwiches while I stand there empty handed. I said excuse me can you just grab me a coffee and the kid looked at me horrified. He had no idea how to put coffee in the cup. Asks if I want a sleeve for venti drip. Is it mandatory to hire the dumbest people at your stores? I worked for a decade at Starbucks and opened up 5 of the stores here. This is ridiculous.

My mom went for drive though order like she does Every morning for almost 20 years but today unfortunately the young guy ( I believe he is the manager of the store at this time ) with young lady was so rude , they said they don’t get her order , they looked at each other and laughing make fun at her Instead of helping her, they shut down the window and didn’t help her with her order my mom been coming here since this Starbucks open ( almost 20years ) this happen today at 9:15Aam-9-30Am February/27/2025 their behavior was so bad and they was so races her because she is Asian, ( i miss previous staff , they was so friendly and helpful )

Grand Prairie, Starbucks no drive-through, I just died in and it was superb service and the coffee was always good. It didn't taste watered down and I also love the nice mug that they served it in that was unlimited refills if you have a long day at school or just need a place to crash for a few hours and feel safe and receive a nice refreshing cup of coffee you should stop here. I'm happy I did four out of four.

I am not pleased with the customer service at this location, I actually got her name from her name tag, (Katlyn), it took her about 8 minutes to said Hi I will be there to help you shortly. I know she might be busy but at least let the customer or takes the order first…. I’m not coming to this location .

Very poor service, I dropped by the drive through and the the girl on the intercom 1/ 14 at 12:05 Alesia was extremely rude. Not sure what was going on there.. when I politely asked for her name she rudely replied with why. I was very nice to her while ordering and rudely got interrupted being told “give me one second” I then proceeded to order my hot grande matcha and she then asked me to repeat it again. When I got to the window she then asked me if my matcha was hot or cold that was my 3rd time asking for my matcha to be hot.. I come here pretty off often and have never been treated poorly like this.. will definitely go to another location.

We visit this location every so often, and it's typically average. Today around 5:02pm I tried again and as soon as we walked in there was no customers at the front counter and only 2 cars in the drive thru. As we up to the front counter the associate Lily just looked at us, and for about a few seconds I took the initiative to speak and say hello how are you, and then Lily responded how may I help you. I'm sure this iconic brand is big on service, but saying hello and especially when a customer is right in front of you, very minimum speak.

Terrible experience. It’s Saturday evening at 3:00 pm and only 2 people working! I have been waiting over 30 minutes for a drink that I ordered on the App. I will NOT come to this Starbucks again.

Today, very happy with my Family, we approached this location and the people with a bad attitude started taking my order, my daughter told me she was (culera)and they listened to us, but they deserve it for the bad attitude they deliver. I don't know how Starbucks hires. this type of staff

Not real happy. Shouldn’t take 35 minutes to get a grande coffee and a tall, white hot chocolate. But when I finally do get it, I didn’t check it while I was there and I’ll be damned if it’s not a plan regular hot chocolate, no whip, whipped cream and cold. The star they’re getting is because I was not able to give them zero stars. I’ve called four times to let them know I wanted to refund or to be able to get the correct drink on another day and no answer. They told another customer while I was standing there that if he wanted a refund, it would be about 45 minutes to an hour very very, very poor rain
