Frequent Starbucks. Came in while shopping for a pikes place. Asked when coffee was brewed & the barista said “I have no idea.” I said, “so are you going to brew some more?” She said “it’s going to be a minute - I’ve got to get this line down.” Two other ladies working as well. I understand you’re busy - but that’s not good customer service. Part of why I pay the price for Starbucks is for the service.
