We just left this Starbucks. My partner ordered our order around 9:45 am - 9:50 am inside the Starbucks. It was a iced tall chai with oat milk, an iced venti chai with oat milk, a bacon Gouda, and a brownie. We didn’t get our order until 10:30 am. My partner tried to ask a barista for an update on our order around 10:15 am and the barista was rude and said the order had already been completed. So my partner waited in line once again to ask about our order. They then realized that the order was either given away or taken by another customer. Afterwards, it still took another 15 minutes to receive our order. As an ex barista, I understand that it was busy, but the order should have been placed as priority once this mistake was realized. Our order should not have taken almost an hour to receive. On top of that, our drinks did not have any stickers or writing on them confirming what our orders were, so we have no idea if the drinks have oat milk or not which should be required since people have milk allergies, like we do. Extremely disappointing and a health hazard for not writing the order on the drinks. I was taught that was one of the most important steps in the drink making/ordering process. We will never return to this Starbucks again.

Female worker at the window around 9pm wanted to be passive aggressive and wrote “scum” on my cup because I placed a mobile order and went to the drive through. There was nobody in the drive thru lane. Lazy and disrespectful

It’s so much I could say about this particular Starbucks I love everything about it and they treat me like family. The only way I’ll go to another Starbucks is That I’m out of town. But overall, the Starbucks on Arkansas Lane in Grand Prairie they rock. The staff is phenomenal and I can give a shout out to every individual Megan, Bella, Mason, and Daniel. They know me by name. I absolutely love this Starbucks.

This Starbucks has become a true oasis for me—a place I visit a couple of times a day to study, work, and recharge. The baristas are consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely go out of their way to be helpful, which makes every visit feel welcoming. I especially appreciate the online ordering system—it’s seamless, reliable, and saves me time without ever sacrificing quality.
The drinks are always expertly made, and the consistency is impressive. More than that, this location truly embodies Starbucks’ “third place” philosophy: a comfortable, dependable space where you can focus, relax, and feel at home outside of work and home. Tell me why there was a dude that walked in 15 minutes after I order my drink, stood in line-ordered 2drinks- and was gone before I even got mine. Even dude three people behind me got his drink before me.. my drink wasn’t even complicated… it was an ICED CHAI … an ICED CHAI .. you literally just need pump and pour the stuff in a cup w/ ice ..

I place a pick up order prior and when I went to pick it up I asked the lady and she said she will look it up and just walked away and started doing other things I waited 20 minutes and no one approached me until I asked another lady to see the manager and she said he wasn’t in but she helped me and immediately found my drinks and when confronted the first girl lied and said she had told me it wasn’t ready which was not what she said. The first girl’s name is Bella she had brown/blondish hair and exaggerated make up she completely ignored me until Cristiana gladly helped me. I always go to this location and have never had a problem until this now.

Absolutely. Ridiculous! The guy in the drive-through who can’t figure out if he’s a he/she, sat there & hands me a drink That’s not even Halfway full, and when I tell him that it’s not Halfway full, and it’s a Venti..
He then asks me, what would you like me to do.
Well, I don’t know Maybe fill it up or learn correct portion, not Give me the size of a tall drink and charge me $8
He should know something about being filled up clearly.

Awesome with friendly staff. They were very pleasant and helpful. The lady at the register was particularly nice. I enjoyed the afternoon, and the atmosphere was good for a Sunday afternoon. This is a good location for a date though the parking gets full very fast and sometimes one has to park far or wait. It's recommended this outlet for a calm hangout.
