I was pleasantly surprised on how delicious the brisket tacos were! The tortillas were crispy and the brisket was packed with flavor! The salsa verde went beautiful together! It's a must try!

We had Sterling’s Barbecue at one of our HOA events and they were awesome! As the Lifestyle Manager, I’m usually juggling a lot of moving parts, and they made my job so much easier. Their communication before the event was clear and quick, they showed up right on time, and their team worked like a well-oiled machine.
Food trucks often get backed up at our events, but Sterling’s kept the line moving fast and everyone was happy. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious — I tried their brisket grilled cheese and it was phenomenal. I had so many residents come up to me saying how great everything was and asking when we’re bringing them back.
Couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for great BBQ and smooth service at an event.
