After leaving the gym we wanted to pick up some sandwiches. A black gentleman wearing a beanie ( not wearing a name tag) did not have a good attitude. When being asked about out customization of our sandwiches he just looked at the bread and told us “ that’s not gonna fit” we have ordered the same way at every subway and never had problems with this before the person even touched the product. He barely wrapped our sandwich and seemed like he wanted us to leave. I understand being tired and it late but we were hungry and worked a long day as well. You don’t see us taking that out on a service worker so service workers shouldn’t behave poorly towards customers. Shouldn’t have tipped but that goes against our morals, hope to come back soon to better service and better attitude.

Friday 10-17-25 around 4:10pm. I understand that hair nets might not be mandatory and hats/caps are to be used in their place. What is the point of wearing a cap if your VERY LONG hair is still hanging out in front of your face where your eyes are not visible and your face is directly over the food you serve?
Please manager/owner address this discrepancy so that when the inspector comes around they don't close you down. Totally unacceptable.

Open sign was off, so customers would think it was closed and this was at 9 pm. The guy working there looked like he didn't like his job. I think they need better customer service.
I love the people here but they never get my order right when I order in app . Eat here at least 2 times a week because I work down the street. Again really nice people but if I don’t watch them make my sandwich it’s always wrong

Whoever the 2 employees were on the clock at 7pm on July 28,2025 must’ve either had a shitty day or conversation before I walked in because the atmosphere was very unwelcoming and i was treated as if I was invisible from the moment I walked in , which I didn’t appreciate because I didn’t deserve that. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me ( I was the only customer) and no one said anything to me but they both proceeded to finish what they where doing before I came in which was highly rude. I stood there for about 3-5 minutes before I said “ I was being patient but am I able to order?????” The guy with the Locs in his head said “ take her order” no apology , acknowledgment, or anything. The girl said that she could take my order but by then I changed my mind because I felt unnecessary tension that had nothing to do with me as the customer . I left with no food and let them know to have a great day. I hope whatever they were going through gets resolved HOWEVER, as a customer, I should’ve gotten better service regardless of what they had going on before I walked in.

1st time i came by it was 9:30 came by to get two sandwiches. Guy was a total jerk. Said he was closed and would not make anything.
Cool fine. Next time i went he was extremely rude and took his time making teo sandwiches. Had me and another gentleman waiting almost an hr. He would do any online order that came in before the actual ppl in store.
Today same thing he immediately yells pick up on order in.
If its order in i just cant help you. “ i have online orders
He has a huge line at this point hopeing ppl would leave i guess. As im writing this guy just yelled at a dasher for coming and asking for a pick up. Get yall better employees

Wonderful service
They are skimping on quality for profit. Charging for double meat and giving less than what any other subway does. Any food service should be aiming for picture perfect not charging for double and only giving 6 pieces of meat. And then the response is we do things differently here. Won't be back

The worst Subway that I have ever been to. If it wasn't conveniently located, I would never go here. Day old (or worse) bread, crumbly & dry. This has happened several times. Missed 2 items that were supposed to be on in my sandwich (items that were printed on the order). Does the owner know what is going on in this store? Does the owner require the employees to make sandwiches with old bread? Do you really want to stay in business? I wish corporate would take over this store.

Worst service ever!
Right when we walked in told us there would be a wait time. We answered it’s ok.
Will wait, He seemed upset bc he had online orders and another person waiting and than also admitted it by telling me that I was aggravating him by telling him my order?
Like what? Also more customers came in and right off the back he was very rude the way he would ask them “are you picking up or placing an order” it was aggressive and not professional one walked out.
I should’ve done the same!
But bc it was also late and my daughters wanted subway that’s the only reason I stayed… I didn’t even eat my sandwich…
lost my appetite.
He took he’s time, having me wait on him more than I should’ve…
They need to hire more staff or something Having one employee isn’t enough…

I had the pleasure of being serviced by a young lady named Drasha. She listened first off, and made sure she heard the specifics of my order, then prepared my food with such care. I could tell she loves taking care of people. My food although some would say it's just a sandwich, was made with love as it nourished my body and made my heart and soul happy.

The new young lady here at this location is absolutely amazing she made my food fast and it was super fresh her customer service skills are amazing she was very very very friendly and helpful and welcoming I will be back long as yall keep her at this very location.. thank you Ms.
