It's 9:36 at night and the place is already closed when it clearly says they close at 10 pm.

did an online order but wasnt sure if it went through. we went in and asked if they had the order because we weren’t sure. the lady acted stupid and wasnt willing to help. if you hate your job that much maybe dont work there!

i ordered online and they took the money without processing the delivery. it didn’t give me a delivery number or anything. i tried to call and get a refund but the lady answering the phone was rude and cut me off before i could finish saying what happened.

Waited 9 min amd still wasn't my turn, no one said a word to me and neither of the 2 employees seemed to care about the line. I'll never stop here again. It's lunch time on Friday! I'm at work and can't wait 20 min for a sandwich.

Worst Subway experience ever! The woman taking my order was so rude. Wouldn't listen to me at all and kept talking over me. A gentleman had to come take over for her because she was as incompetent as they come. Still my order was completely wrong. They didn't seem to care at all. Will not be returning to this location. What a joke. No customer service or people skills what so ever. Shouldn't even get one star!

Not saying the food is bad I just hate that as of today I had to put subway on the list food I like but they never have of don't have ready. (Meatball) And this spot is cool but everyone of these I go to that's what I here. But this store is Gucci Tho. But to all Subway chains where the Meatball Subs at fool?Now I have to go cook um myself. Settling for a Philly ig.... Dang man ?

This review is purely in reference to the service we were provided. Josh was the nice man that made our sandwiches and checked us out yesterday evening. He deserves a pat on the back for his demeanor, willingness to work efficiently by multi-tasking, and carrying a smile through it all. His hygienic efforts in changing gloves appropriately was also refreshing to see!! The customer service he granted during the time we were there was well above what most people offer these days and I hope some recognition gets sent his way. After a long day of traveling on my end, he sure made our night with the level of hospitality he put forth.

Don’t know the name of the young man that helped me, but he was extremely rude. This was my first time ordering online, and it didn’t allow me to put the items I wanted on there. I walked in as he was getting my bread. I asked can I have herb, and cheese. He changed it, and told me just for the record; you can’t come in here changing things. I explained that the app wouldn’t let me add it. I didn’t want all of the vegetables that came on the sandwich, but he gave me a look, and I said never mind. I was actually nervous to make a change. I also had a free cookie that the app sent when I placed the order to add it. He didn’t see it, so he tells me that I just added it. Don’t know where that came from. He said I can’t have a free cookie, I had to pay for it. I had to let him see my app to see that it was free. He said which one do you want, I said chew, and he grabbed the raspberry cookie, and said you only get one. Flew right over my head, because I said a cookie. He said again; just for the record, you can’t come in here changing things, and walked off. I still gave him a tip for making the sandwiches, but he had a terrible attitude.

Parking: Never have a problem parking.
