This review is purely in reference to the service we were provided. Josh was the nice man that made our sandwiches and checked us out yesterday evening. He deserves a pat on the back for his demeanor, willingness to work efficiently by multi-tasking, and carrying a smile through it all. His hygienic efforts in changing gloves appropriately was also refreshing to see!! The customer service he granted during the time we were there was well above what most people offer these days and I hope some recognition gets sent his way. After a long day of traveling on my end, he sure made our night with the level of hospitality he put forth.

Worst customer service ever!

Don’t know the name of the young man that helped me, but he was extremely rude. This was my first time ordering online, and it didn’t allow me to put the items I wanted on there. I walked in as he was getting my bread. I asked can I have herb, and cheese. He changed it, and told me just for the record; you can’t come in here changing things. I explained that the app wouldn’t let me add it. I didn’t want all of the vegetables that came on the sandwich, but he gave me a look, and I said never mind. I was actually nervous to make a change. I also had a free cookie that the app sent when I placed the order to add it. He didn’t see it, so he tells me that I just added it. Don’t know where that came from. He said I can’t have a free cookie, I had to pay for it. I had to let him see my app to see that it was free. He said which one do you want, I said chew, and he grabbed the raspberry cookie, and said you only get one. Flew right over my head, because I said a cookie. He said again; just for the record, you can’t come in here changing things, and walked off. I still gave him a tip for making the sandwiches, but he had a terrible attitude.Parking: Never have a problem parking.

Rude dreadhead imbecile made my sandwich incorrectly and with stingy proportions for an online order. My daughter's sandwich was fine but mine appeared to be missing the meat on only one side and had like one tomato and a couple of onion strings.When I came back to the restaurant the worker couldn't even find the meat at first, either, and had to dig through the sandwich until he found like one piece at the bottom. He then proceeded to tell me that the reason that the turkey was missing from my sandwich is because it slid down to the bottom of the sandwich, and it does this because of how Subway workers are told to make the sandwiches. Hmmm ? Why was the meat on my daughter's sandwich visible? Why has this never happened to me at any other subway? Why did you look surprised when you couldn't find the meat? Why did the remade sandwich look completely different???? Sir. Stopppp.The entire time he remade the sandwich he kept arguing with me trying to explain away the discrepancy ("I listened to your explanation, now hear ME out, you see what I'm sayin'?!"). Dude just could not admit that he messed up. I'm not sure is there is a mental disability or if more training is needed, but do better! Nothing like aggression and condescension over a sandwich made incorrectly. I'll stick to the Subway on Camp Wisdom at 360 from now on.

I don’t trust the employees here. I’m Pretty sure I got salmonella/ E-colieating here today. I never felt so awful in my life. I texted my husband “if I die, I love you.”You guys need a health inspection.Too damn much.

Just moved to Grand Prairie and found this location. It was clean and inviting. Staff was respectful, polite and knowledgeable about their products. My sandwich was delicious. I've been back since. Love Subway ❤️ ?

Low staffed. Online orders aren’t done on time. I placed mine @ 3:30 said it would be ready by 3:50. I show up and the ONLY guy working hadn’t even started on my order. I don’t understand how you don’t get started on something people have already paid. Horrible management for having 1 person work. Horrible timing on the employees part as well.
