I order the same thing and today is was different I called to spoke to a “corrina” I’m telling her what was wrong with my order she told me I put my order in wrong I’m telling her I didn’t …She offered no resolution!! Just a hard time,I asked for a manager and she told me she was shift lead!!! It is pooooooor customer service to not even offer a customer some sort of solution!! I never asked or wanted my money back just the sandwich I know I ordered …she didn’t even ask of there was something she could do!!! I only gave one star because I had too!!

I’ve never came here and the cookies were fresh meaning made that day it’s always old and nasty truly a disappointment when subway has great cookies when fresh

The inside was ver nice and clean. I didnt catch the girl's name who was working this morning but she was very nice and helpful. Overall, top notch service. I will be returning to this subway and recommending the location to others

I didn’t want to post this, but I feel it’s worth letting people know. My family and I decided to stop by Subway to grab some sandwiches since we were in a rush. I understand working in fast food can be stressful, but the experience we had aside from a polite young gentleman—was disappointing. The women working that Sunday were extremely rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. We couldn’t even see the available meats to make our selections, yet they seemed to expect us to know what to order without any guidance. My wife and kids felt so overwhelmed that they just settled for ham on wheat bread. When I asked for jalapeño cheddar bread, one of the employees snapped, “We ain’t got none,” with clear attitude. Do better, Subway. Train your staff or hire people who actually want to be there.

Placed an online order. Big mistake. Asked for extra veggies and this is what I got. The sandwich is so smushed that it is the same size as the flatbread sandwich my boyfriend got. Not a mistake that will be repeated.

First thing I want to say is the have the radio to loud and it's so damn cold in there you can't enjoy your food. They need to keep the tables clean. Also I don't know where they are getting the lettuce but it looks terrible and has been that way for awhile. Use to be a decent place to eat but it's going down hill.

Terrible customer service , Hispanic guy kinda tall , a lil heavy set was very rude , finished txting before he even greeted me , then just had a attitude the whole time , I just turned around and left

Trash location, poor customer service. Little kids who weren't properly trained or they just don't care. How hard is it really to make a sandwich the right way when using common sense. When I told them I wanted my money back because they sloppily made my order, they refused and said all they could do is remake it but I would have to pay again. It took me cursing and causing a scene ( which is out of my character) for them to call their boss and have my order re-made the correct way at no charge. Even still, the little girl was being a smart ass when asking if my order was how I wanted it. A complete lack of common sense, respect and customer service. I will not be going back to this location.

We waited in line for about 15 minutes with 3 people ahead of us and when it was our turn they had no meatballs or white bread. My son said let's go somewhere else. I was shocked they were out of white bread. We went to pizza hut next store and they got our business. Very disappointed.

Was in line about to order today and there was a roach crawling on the inside by the food. The employee seen that I noticed and tried to flick it off with the tool seen on the picture

Our food was not made correctly and when I said something to the kid making my food that it was not correct he said you can cancel it. So I said I would talk to the manager the next day . He said my parents own it that's fine .I gave the food to my kids and left called the next day and the manager said I took the food there is nothing she can do about it plus on top of that I see a cookie for 5 dollars was added and we did not order it. Me and my family will not be returning to this location
