Wanted a 6 inch but got 4 inches in bread, I wanted steak and another meat I was trying to decide and was asked do you want it toasted the toppings just rushed the process, the customer service that wasnt there and they didn't have all the bread available and they just opened, 1st bad experience in a subway ever that is disappointing

My first time at this location and normally I don’t care if employees listen to music but the girl who made our sandwiches had headphones on and asked me what cheeses I wanted and proceeded to give me the wrong one. She also let me order a chicken avocado sandwich yet didn’t tell me they were out of avocado until it was time to pay. Please let customers know when you’re out of product or just don’t let them buy products knowing you’re missing ingredients.

It’s lunchtime but only flatbread is available. No tea- both sweet and unsweet tea are not available. Just have an empty container of tea. Chairs have already put up. Ready to closed at 1 pm. There is black thing in the ice- molds??

I placed an online order for three sandwiches, and unfortunately, all of them were wrong. They put jalapeños on my child's sandwich, making it inedible for them. I tried calling multiple times, but there was no answer. I am very disappointed; it feels like a waste of money and food.

I don’t often leave reviews but wow the attitude of the workers there is absolutely ridiculous you ask a question and they reply in such a terrible way I left even before ordering, all thanks to the young lady that was sitting there on her phone instead of cleaning the vegetable bar, the food looks old and the vegetables look dry and old horrible experience!

Well, don't go to this one.

Had lunch here today and there was only white bread and flat bread available at lunchtime and there was no ice tea or sweet tea.

Placed an online order for two combo meals and then 2 sandwiches we'll 3 of the sandwiches we're completely wrong and 1 had a few errors tried calling that same day didn't even get an answer then tried again the next day they asked if I took a picture and that she would call her manager and give me a call back well guess what never got a call back so then the next day I call back a lady answers the phone claiming to be the DM and says there is no refunds because I didn't bring the sandwiches back I asked how when I had to be at work then she also says that pictures would not of worked either this place and the management is sorry I personally will not be going back

I’ve had a disappointing experience with the morning staff. The two ladies preparing sandwiches and salads do not seem to take care in their work, often making items sloppily. Their attitude comes across as if customers are an inconvenience, which makes for an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, one staff member had a visible hickey, which did not reflect a professional appearance. I hope management can address these concerns to improve both customer service and food preparation standards.

I placed an online order I asked for it to be warmed up it wasn’t it felt like it just came out the refrigerator. I gave it back to her and she warmed it up but was still cold I wish people would follow instructions

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I placed an online order 9/4 and they didn’t fill the order. I have called multiple times to try to get a refund. They took my # down and I never received a call back. I even went up there and they still wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager! I asked for them to call from their phone and let me talk to her but again she refused to get on the phone with me!!! Most of the time when I call no one answers or the pick up the phone and hang up because who cares about the paying customer?

I went to subway in which, I always go to the one because there’s a older Hispanic lady that always treats me well . I went on one occasion and my son split the Powerade I which table and asked the so called morning manager bigger set female white complexion not sure what her name is. So , I asked for a mop and she stated that she’d pick it up . So , I towards the end I asked for a water cup in which she didn’t even look towards me to acknowledge that I was there had me the cup without looking . She’s very rude and unprofessional. I went to today thinking I’d get better customer service thinking she had just had a bad day but no the same service . I sat down and I es with my kids and my sister in law I told her I’d like to call corporate because they always treat me that way in between that she had already left for the day and I get up and look for the number to complaint in which every restaurant should have!!! So they employee working called her back in which we have a confrontation. She basically stated that if I didn’t like the customer service not to come back and that I always leave a mess due to the previous experience in which she stated that I left a huge mess that I asked to pick up . She was all in my face having and argument . My kids got scared and called the cops . The cops show up and she because brave and comes out from behind where she was hiding and the cops asked me to leave and I stayed I would and I left . She stated that the owner there has no number to make a complaint and that the owner would agree with her treating the customer that way . She said she had me the receipt and I said you did not . You asked me if I wanted it and I said no . She said I did and I could review the cámaras and I said go ahead because I know you didn’t . It’s personal she remembers who i am and does everything on purpose . She said she rolled her eyes because something got in her eyes and she couldn’t run her hands with the gloves she was making my sandwich with ???SAD TO HAVE POS like that working
