Yesterday my mom went to this location a lady manager was helping her with her order everything was cool until the other employee that turns out is the managers husband(which from my experience as a restaurant manager family members aren’t allow to work together) interfered during the service claiming that my mother was taking too long with her order and that she should have it written down so that she doesn’t hold up the line. Might be right but you don’t tell a customer that and the way and he said it, very unpolite, They were arguing back and forth about it he even said to her “that with her face he wouldn’t ever date her” and what does that have to do with my mother buying food for the our family? very disrespectful “man” and when my mom asked for the manager he said with a smile is her… his wife, I just wanted to come on here and vent about it because we will never go back to this location very poor service and if that man doesn’t like his job then maybe he should get another job that don’t have to do with customer service

WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!! BOTH EMPLOYEES RUDE as hell!!!!!!! I ordered online, got home checked both sandwiches both sandwiches were wrong. When I came back to the store to get it fixed the man had an attitude about it. Complained about my order, complained about fixing it. So when asking for a refunded they both had an attitude about how I can go about getting a refund. Nobody wanted to resolve anything!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

I only go to Subway for the cookies but at this location the drive thru is NEVER open. They need to put a sign out or something. It’s annoying.

The young lady was really rude rushing me so I could finish my order and I was the only person there, so it was not necessary for me to be rushed. Second they play the music so loud like if we were at the club. This is the worst subway. I will not be coming back.

I went in with 2 clients ordered a 6 inch tuna sub meal, a 6 inch ultimate chicken meal, a 5 dollar Doritos nacho and a drink got charged 33.85 they was rude to us and a police officer behind us. 33 dollars I was charged to much but the Hispanic guy argued with me never got charged right

Very racist place … very rude I watched one of the Hispanic male employees call a customer out of her name and he was constantly opening the door yelling at her rude comments !!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this subway ! None of them speak English very well and they make derogatory comments in there language when you correct them ….. I had to correct this young lady twice about my sandwich and then I said never mind she was making my sandwich the way she wanted to make it and that’s not right ! This place needs to be reported and reported immediately I have pictures of the guy and a recording that I will be sending to corporate immediately and I’m going higher and contact the head person to let them see these videos and who they have working in there establishment and how customers are being treated !!!! DONOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!!

The men in the drive way asked me if im feel too lazy to come inside. Very unnecessary, I don’t have to explain why I don’t wanna come inside & use the drive thru instead. Also, drenched my footlong with sauce, tasted horrible. I got the same one in the Subway @ i30 & Beltline inside the shell & it was delicious. This location though, needs new management or something cause it always disappoints.

I ordered online but I came in 15 minutes early to watch them make it because every time I order online they barely put anything on it. My sandwich be so flat. I told the guy I was here for my order and he told me my order time. And I was like yeah but I want to see y’all make my sandwich. At this time no customers at all. He waited 3 mins before my order time while he had customers in front of him and made it without telling me. And guess what my sandwich flat as hell. I put a lot on my sandwich it shouldn’t be this flat.

Not even recognized walking in the door, completely ignored by the guy Enrique that was working. When asked why no one answered the drivethru, he said no work... barely speaks English, I guess... utterly ridiculous. I stood there for him to take my order for a few mins, but I still never even said nothing to me. 10 mins, he finally took my order.
The manager needs to think about who he or she hired.
