Avoid this place, the man that makes the sandwiches there has the worst attitude just rude. It happened at least three times I like subway and it’s a good lunch option but man this dude just has one of the worst attitudes.

I was waiting at the drive thru for a while, called in to check if they were even open, no response to a call to this subway. The location is supposed to be open an advertises being a drive thru location, but they do not take orders from the drive thru. I literally went up to the window, made eye contact with the employee, and they did not take my order.

Don't go here!! Service is horrible. Pedro is lazy! I had special instructions on my online order. When I got there it wasn't what I ordered! He told me, he'll make my sandwich the way he wanted to make it! You eat that Pedro! Never again!

Although the drive-thru is lit up and looks to be working, it doesn't. After about 10 minutes I finally went inside where they told me it doesn't actually work. For the disabled it's super rude, they could atleast put up a sign. And they didn't have any soups available. Almost an hour left of service and they didn't have some of their menu items. Just a poor experience all the way around.

The only Subway I have ever been to that only allows 3 vegetables on the Monday Cold cut combo and I have been buying this combo for years. Greed cost you a sale and a customer. But you still have those six inch cucumbers and olives.

Always an issue at this Subway im a truck driver and order up to 2 times a week at times at many random Subways and this is the only one that wants to charge you for extra veggies and don't make your sandwich to how you want it, on top of that everybody is so miserable here like they don't want to even be here.

Staff very disrespectful but there reason was because of management. I was told only 3 vegetables But was charged extra for pickles, jalapeno. they're not allowed by management so if you persist they get an attitude. My recommendation just stop going there.
Employee had us standing there just watching her put several loaves of bread in the oven. Asked if she had help so we can place our order, she said “ ya les dije un momento “ which she did not at any point. She then proceeded to let us know that “putting the bread in the oven comes before serving customers “. That’s the first I hear such thing. She then said “we get trained like this”; just nodded my head and proceeded to go to Jersey Mikes.

I arrived at the location at 10:26 pm, seeing the store didn’t close until 11:00 pm. As I was pulling up the gentleman walked from behind the counter to lock the door then motioned he was closing. I think management and upper management needs to address this. Coming from form a management background service should end at 11 this could lose you a customer and money coming into the store. From a regular work it can be seen as it’s just couple of customers, but to an owner that is loss of money for their business.
