Horrible service and bad hospitality two Hispanic girls acted like they can’t speak English I asked for a certain type of meat and they were out and ask if I wanted to wait and the got upset and rolled her eyes at me and my family because she didn’t want to make it

Worst service, just left the place. Put in my order through the app. It should have been ready by 6:10. I go to the drive-thru where a lady tells me to give her a second. I say okay since it looked a little busy and I was being considerate. A few minutes pass and they tell me to pull up to the window. I go to the window and I'm proceeded to be ignored for 20+ minutes. I call the place they go to the phone stare at it and walk back to the front. Then both workers walk back to the window area with their backs turned to me. I'm literally waving my order on my phone screen. I finally go inside and they ask if I'm ordering or picking up? My food was ready. They could have just said Drive-thru is closed and not made me wait 30 minutes total. That's just rude and terrible customer service.

can’t give the food a rating because i never receive it everytime i go they are always out of meatballs and i find it very hard to believe they are out every single time i go it’s not a very busy store and the people there are extremely rude and always close 20-30 min early even when busy i recommend going to any other location but this one they also told me that i had to cancel my own order that i placed which you can’t do from your phone the restaurant has to do it but when we finally got them to help us they said oh you have to come back in 2 days when the manager is here to get a refund… This place sucks and I don’t understand why it’s still there I left with no food and no refund

I walked in around 9:40-45 to get a last minute meal for dinner after work and was turned away because they “ were closed “ but on the door and online it says the store closes at 10pm. It doesn’t take but a minute or two to make a sandwich if staff wanted to be lazy and not do their job they should’ve said that upfront instead of lying about being closed after having me wait inside for two minutes..

I remembered tonight why I drive a couple of miles out of my way to the next closest Subway. The girl that started my order seemed to be peeved that I didn't realize she was ready to take my order, even though she hadn't spoken a word to me up to this point. I ordered 5 sandwiches all the same bread, but she couldn't understand that I needed two of those to be 6". We got past all the meats and cheeses and asked them to be toasted. We got all the veggies with the exceptions of banana peppers and jalapeños because, apparently, they've been out for at least a week based on reviews. I got to the register to pay, and the girl was speaking at a whisper level couldn't for the life of her remember the sandwiches I had ordered, it was only 3 kinds.. When I got home and got ready to start eating, I wondered why all the sandwiches felt cold even though I live less than 10 minutes away. I guess she put my sandwiches in the oven but never actually turned it on. Disappointing.
Overall this place seems to have less and less customers, I would suggest to just go to a different location and not waste your money.
For sure NEVER coming back here.

Out of jalapeños and banana peppers. Ordered on the app. Ordered raspberry cheesecake cookie which I didn't get. They gave me oatmeal raisin 😖 They often get online be orders wrong but today I was running errands and just wanted the convenience today. Disappointed again.
