So I went to buy myself a foot long for me my friend and my sister. When I was attended, the manager said it would include the combo and drink as said on the advertisement in the start of the line. I went to pay but it did not come out like the advertisement. I dis included the chips and drink but still I didn’t have enough to pay. They called the manager to ask if it was true that I asked about the chips and drink costing the same as the advertisement but she lied and said no. The girls attending me wanted to pay for me but the manager didn’t want the girls to pay. She wanted us to pay full price. Honestly, the manager ignored the girls and didn’t even care and just attended another person and I had to get the 6 inch just because the manager did not want the girls to pay for me. Never come here. Surprisingly rude manager.

We ordered with the app thinking it’ll be faster but it took more time for them to make it the app kept saying that the order was ready but the cashier kept saying that they were still making it. Waiter for 20 more minutes to get out food and for them to make it wrong I asked for my sandwich to be fresh but they toasted it and burn the bread and another with no bell pepper and onions which they added and when we took it to the front they were bothered by it.

WOW!!!! I HAVE NEVER EVER STOOD IN ANY LINE For OVER 30 MINUTES.... THERE WAS MORE PPL BEHIND THE COUNTER MAKING SANDWICHES THEN WHAT WAS IN LINE!!! YALL SHOULD REPLACE WITH A JERSEY MIKES OR DAMN ANY OTHER SANDWICH PLACE!!! ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!!!!!!

Great store, the staff is remarkable. However the app connected to this store is trash. It doesn't provide items that aren't available to be addressed. I created a $40 order, for it to be cancelled on arrival due to lack of product. My time was lost, and the inconvenience is ridiculous. Don't use the app, the loss of your time is a bigger issue. However the store itself is great. Phuk you subway.
