The workers were not manning the statio. When asked for a cup to sample a flavor (seeing that it was my 1st time) I was told that's not an option. When I asked for a manager the assistant manager (which I didn't know was the assistant) said they don't have a manager or district manager. Please remove the sign that says "TRY ALL FLOVERS" If it's not true FALSE ADVERTISING

My girlfriend loves this place it's really not bad it's enjoyable. There is a lot of toppings to choose from different flavors and varieties.I don't believe in tipping, so every business that flips a screen with a huge tipping screen on my face will automatically lose a star And in this case you did nothing to deserve it.

Came for a treat with our kids because we got a text promo for no weigh day and the next. The girl at the front had no clue and when we showed her she still didn’t honor it. It was embarrassing and disappointing the lady behind us said this happens a lot to Sweet Frogs. As a company this should be addressed and corrected. At least should have been honored!
