“Ordered from the app for delivery. The app messed up big time. Not the individual restaurant fault. Came back to try to resolve the issue, and was helped with getting the food I tried to order. “I have been to this location a few times before…They messed up an order once, but they made it right and were very nice about it.
But tonight, one of the young men at the drive thru window deserves recognition for his kindness. I called up there to ask for his name, and I believe his name is Brock?
Brock opened the window and noticed I had been crying…He politely asked if I was good, handed me my drink, and he held the window open and reached behind him and suddenly was handing me napkins and asking if I was ok. He handed me my food and kindly told me he hopes everything is ok, and to have a good night.
He didn’t have to do any of that!!! His manners, tone, and sense of humanity and decency made all the difference!!!

“Love the Ai drive thru. I just tell it i have a mobile order. It asks my name. I give it and boom order is ready at the window. Ill be going more now. Every fast food place should emplament this. It ends 90% of my drive thru issues at fast food places.“
