I did a Mobil order , once I got home and started eating, I bit something odd . It was a piece of plastic . Not just that but the this order was half way filled , nothing but tortilla up top that I had to remove .

I was missing part of my order and then headed back to the store. When I told the store about my order, I was told no you got your entire order. Why don’t you try to explain what all I got through the drive-through I was told no I made your order you got everything. When I tried to explain my order, I was cut off and told no you got everything. I personally made your order. I didn’t get my entire order but was berated by being told I don’t know what I’m talking about and that they made my entire order. It was such a hostile environment that I will never go back to this location again.
They had 5 or people working, some just chanting with each other. Too lazy to take our order, was directed to use the kiosk to place our order. Will never return to this location.

Food was good, service needs improvement. Allowed rte lady at the drive thru to place an additional order at the window which took a lot more time than needed. Not even an apology for the wait when I asked about it.
The chubby woman named Alice and another thin young guy give everything half sized. Act like someone asked them to donate their kidneys if ask for little extra sauce or even cup of water. Burrito taco power bowl fries pizza or be it anything, they both act like they are giving charity and make it half sized. There is another woman who works at different shift, she makes the items regular sized.

The people working here will no longer take you orders in the lobby, they make you order from the kiosk. I saw a lady and her child get turned away because they did not know how to use the kiosk, maybe they couldnt read english idk, so they left without getting food. Then 2 older women came in and were having trouble ordering from the kiosk so my co worker said something to the employees about it and they acted like we were wrong for saying something. Needless to say they wont get my business any more. That is messed up treatment to give your customers and sheer laziness. Just screaming poor management.
