Taco Bell was, forever, my go-to for fast food Mexican. Loved it. Couldn’t get enough. Friends gave me TB gift cards for Christmas. Sadly, those days are over.
The quality of the food is dismal. I mean, dog food marketed as Mexican fare. The service unbelievably slow. After this latest bout, my love affair with Taco Bell is over. If this is your only Mexican option, do yourself a favor and go without. Sad to see such a legacy fall to the wayside.

Ordered online around 2:30am because the hours online says they're open till 4am. I got there and all the lights were off with a few employees in there and the cones in front of the drive thru. Can the hours be changed if y'all aren’t gonna be open like its stated so that people don't waste their time and gas?!! And money like I did ordering online, luckily I got a refund instantly, could have at least contacted me or cancelled the order for me!!!

Twice now we have come to this location and they're either closed completely, or, closed early for no reason. Its 8:20pm and I drive up to a FULL lobby of employees (3-4 of them) closing up and when I asked why, the kid had an attitude with no answer. Rude nasty workers.

Normally a decent experience. The app is broken and countless people are stuck in line then told to come inside. When I ordered inside my $9 mobile only combo was $22 instead. Nobody walked outside, put up a sign, or anything. Just wasted (no exaggeration) AN HOUR of my life and didn't even get what I wanted. I've been coming here for 7 years and will not be back without resolution. An hour of my life? And the manager does nothing to fix the problem? Give me a break. Good riddance. BTW after ordering inside, the tried to give me the wrong order.
PS young lady working the register is the only reason you got an extra star. I'm sure she isn't paid enough to deal with your bullshit.

This location is such a joke!!! Supposed to be 24hrs but after 1am it seems like they never take orders!!! To top it off they had a full line tonight (Saturday) and had customers waiting 30+minutes before getting to the window just to say “we are not taking any orders” not even mobile orders which is what I placed! Then whenever u do get your food it’s always something missing or incorrect…. Smh I will no longer give this location my time or money.
The people that work here are losers because they screw up the simplest things in life.

After midnight they refuse to take drive up orders. Weeks ago they went online orders only such as door dash, uber eats, or through the app. Tonight we were notified now they only accept orders on door dash or uber eats after midnight. Not sure if this is due to mgmt or what but overall staff is very rude & unwelcoming.

The person at the speaker was super god awfully rude. I asked them to repeat themselves, and they came back with the attitude for no reason! . If you hate your job and your life that much why work there? if you are going to treat the customers like trash quit!
