Asked for nacho cheese for Cantina chicken quesadilla instead of guacamole. Was charged for sour cream and nacho cheese. Sour cream comes with it and I didn't get my nacho cheese or extra sour cream I was charged for. I got the guacamole I said I didn't want.

This place is bad vibes do not go their i went today 1/14/25 at 9 and i asked the lady a easy question and i wasn't even done asking in regards a burrito and automatically said she doesn’t have it when i wasn’t done telling her. This place has the worst customer service and always rude! Don't waste your time go to the other one in pioneer.

Right off the bat they were very rude. Went through the drive through line and they were yelling at us. They messed up the whole order and I was missing a lot of food. When I called them they hung up the phone on me and I had to call back. They didn't give me a receipt and because of that I couldn't get the food I was missing.

I love Taco Bell ? because i enjoyed the tacos, Nacho fries ?, Doritos locos tacos ?, and my fan-favorite drink Mountain dew Baja Blast ?. Didn’t give us a receipt, messed up our order twice, called to get it fix and they were rude about it and complained to us that they’re getting off of work and didn’t want to deal with us. We were having a get together and they still wouldn’t correct it. We didn’t want a handout we just our order fix. Need to work on customer service because it was ridiculous.
Their freeze machine has been broken for a long time and they still allow us to order freezes on the Taco Bell app. Then you are told there's no way for us to be refunded. When I arrived home with my order half the food was missing even though I asked them is my order complete when I was handed the food.
