Did a curbside pick up. Was to be ready at 4:36p, arrived at restaurant 15 past that time, called to let them know i was there. They said it should be out in 5 minutes as it was not ready. 15 minutes after that, still no order. Had to call store twice to get someone to answer, young that answered truly didn't care about customer service. Only said they were still making the order. It is now over 40 min past when it was to be ready.

I have been going here for the past month on Sundays. And they have great tortas de fajita. Tried them and loved them. I also tried their salads and they are delicious. And of course their breakfast tacos are the best. Hope to see them this Sunday again.

This location is a joke. Worth the drive to Arlington for better customer service and portion size. A quarter of the filling in the tacos compared to other Cabana locations. Looked smaller then a kid portion.

Just something AWFUL!!! Has gone down in so many ways and they don’t even CARE!!! I and another customer complained about NO LIGHTING WHATSOEVER Mgr on duty didn’t seem to care stopped us by saying this is not my store and I don’t know where to turn lights on for outside anything else. I asked her again 4th time for my receipt and was told you would give to me. Oh here it is she said oh yeah they said something earlier when I saw her going bk and fourth and never acknowledged me about it. I literally came in falling into front door head first due to tripping on pile of leaves as you walk in from parking lot trying to catch myself. Mentioned to her and didn’t care as well as other customer when we brought to her attention! Lighting for most restaurants outside usually set on timers, go figure and was so dark I really thought restaurant closed! And no customer service and the couple of ppl that were working seemed put out! To go spend that much and pretty much they showed no care whatsoever!

This place is terrible. We haven’t been here in a long time so decided to try it. Only one customer in here and it took like 20 minutes to take my order and get the food. We literally ordered 4 things and it was $20 and it was not good. The chicken flautas were really greasy and soggy. The whole meal seemed old and tasted terrible.
