The only people saying this place is good are either out of their minds, never had decent food, or was given the food for free. Came to this location based on reviews and was severely underwhelmed. The torta was a thin layer of dried meat between even drier bread. Everything was bland - sauce, taco, rice - I cannot fathom who is keeping or how this place is still in business. Save your dollars and definitely go somewhere else.

Was having a bad day, ended up here on my mechanic's recommendation to check out their breakfast plates. I left feeling better, the chorizo with eggs and rice and beans really hit that craving and need to just eat and forget the previous day.
I will be back to try other dishes!

I ordered four fajita tacos online. There was no option to request flour tortillas, which I would’ve preferred. The meat was great. They did come with double corn tortillas. But the tortillas were thicker than I like and dry. Transferred to flour store-bought tortillas and they were great. Salsa, although too hot for me (I’m a wimp) did have a good flavor.

I only come for the juevos rancheros even though the price is astronomical for what you receive (in San Antonio a juevosbrancheros plate from any restaurant is $6-7, and I mean from real restaurants that are not attached to a rundown gas station, whereas this location charges $13).They have reduced the amount of food they put on the plate (the food is packaged on a Styrofoam plate and covered in cling wrap). Also, today the meat they put on my juevos rancheros plate was about 1 inch wide, 3 inches long, and very flat, like 1-2 cm. That's wild. It was gone in one bite.
The location in Cedar Hill is marginally better as their juevos rancheros costs $1 less at $12, they give more meat, and the meat is already cut up into tiny pieces. They're also a real standalone restaurant and their food is plated in a traditional styrofoam clamshell. I also like that they give potatoes with the juevos rancheros instead of the rice they give at the gas station location. That is the way I'm used to receiving juevos rancheros from restaurants in San Antonio and El Paso.
Do yourself a favor and eat at the other location. It will be cheaper and the food is name with better care.
Made the cherry on top for my birthday! The food was delicious awesome priced and even the slice of cake was the best!

Terrible food and extremely rude staff. They gave me nachos with chips that were extremely stale and salty. The meat on there also had a weird texture. I tried asking for a refund and the lady at the front got rude with me when I tried telling her the nachos were stale. I even tried asking if they could at least replace the nachos with tacos instead and the girl taking my order said it was against their policy. The food and and service here are horrendous and I would not recommend coming here.

I had the taco plate with one barbacoa and two carnitas. The carnitas were some of the best I've had with little crispy chicharrones cooked in. They had my favorite jalapeno salsa and arbol salsa. I'm coming back for the menudo. It's a gas station so don't expect much atmosphere.
