My daughter finally had me try quesabirria tacos and it did not disappoint. I definitely recommend trying out this food truck. The workers were great and service was swift.

Got a torta (bistec). It was delicious. I don’t usually eat tortas but it looked so good from the pictures and it didn’t disappoint. I live in Austin but will be back to try another thing off the menu.

Don’t sleep on this food truck because the birria taquerias are made with love and good taste. Both sauces used for the birria tacos and the dip is on point!! 🔥🙂👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾They open at 12:30pm and I was here early so it’s worth the wait. Took 3mins to make the birria tacos and they are very filling. Excellent customer service and good parking

Taqueria La Birria Shack is hands down the best spot for birria in town! Every dish I've tried is absolutely delicious, but I must highlight their hot sauce—the green one is incredible.

With the current economic situation, we've drastically cut down on dining out, opting instead for takeout from various local spots. Taqueria La Birria Shack has consistently come out on top.

It's one of our favorite places to order from, especially when the older gentleman is on the grill; his cooking is pure magic. The younger gentleman at the window also deserves a shoutout. He is incredibly friendly and provides great recommendations, though honestly, every item on the menu is fantastic. After trying everything they offer, this place remains a top choice for us every time.

Today was our second time coming here. My husband is a picky eater and he loves this place. We tried other places for the quesabirrias and after like 5 different places in Grand Prairie we finally found this. The consomé is delicious and the birria too. They are not cheap but is worth every dollar.

Absolutely delicious! We had, Tacos De Birria and the Birria Ramen.
