We had an enjoyable time at The Pearl. We went to this establishment first wanting to try ramen but found that The Pearls menu looked for appealing, specially because of the dim sum. We ordered a wide variety of the dim sum. What we enjoyed the most were the beef balls, shrimp dumplings, steamed broccoli, and pot dumplings. I’d recommend this location and would visit again if I was in the area.
We came on a Sunday before the noon rush and got seated right away. The staff was easy to order with and asked us if we needed anything specific as we were dining with children (kids cups / booster). Dim sum carts came by one after another with a good variety. The only con was that we ordered soup dumplings which were not on the carts and the order didn't get entered / made. Our server double checked for us once we asked about it and since it was missed we opted to skip it...
Attended a wedding, in mid-November, in their chapel room and ballroom. Allowing that both rooms were very well decorated, created a very elegant atmosphere. The food was an amazing 9 course experience, along with fabulous appetizers. The service was incredible. They brought course after course, with impeccable timing.
