Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Sent those and the lemon cookies to my husband and he loved them. The pricing is good as well as the size of the cookies. The delivery instructions were followed perfectly. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tiff's Treats for being awesome!

Very delicious, if not overpriced cookies. The staff wasn’t rude, but wasn’t overly friendly either. Good for every now and then treat when you can’t get to Insomnia

I visited this store yesterday. It had a line so I ordered online. When it was my turn I told the lady GINGER is her name I placed an order online. Now I understand all stores are different which it’s fine if I couldn’t just pick from the box the cookies I prefer vs what’s in the mix box. The location I normally use allows it as long as the box is not made. Maybe that’s why I like Tiff! While speaking with Ginger she said I couldn’t pick the cookies. I said are the cookies ready I’m here for pick up. She says no the cookies I ordered online are not prepared. I said if the cookies are not prepared that I ordered and you don’t have any cookies in the the display then I’ll wait and as a courtesy for me to pick the box. Either way there are no cookies available at this moment. A guy that works there over heard everything and came over to assist. He apologized for not having any cookies in the display. He said they will just comp my order and asked what cookies I wanted. My daughter likes peanut butter so I said since Ginger went to the back to prep more cookies then I’ll wait on 4 fresh peanut butter cookies. He fixed the box warmed up the cookies and everything was fine. He then came back and said “ I’m sorry but Ginger is refusing to bake cookies for you.” He looked at me and said he told her it will be over 30 mins when it actually takes 15 minutes. He was so puzzled by Ginger’s response and he apologized and gave me the cookies and proceeded to his deliveries. At this point I was so upset that he did his part to de-escalate a situation and correct what was wrong. What upset me was for Ginger to be a manager and use her title over him. At that point we argued! She was disrespectful and should not be in a business that has such a good name and character! She did not demonstrate leadership, customer service or integrity. I did send a message to corporate on chat. I got a call from a gentleman about the situation. He was very polite and said due to the circumstances I could not go back to that specific location. Which that’s not a problem for me. It’s how she refused to make 4 cookies after the problem was resolved! She needed to feel entitled and use her manger skills over a lower paid employee who DID HER JOB WHEN HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! In my opinion give him the manager roll!

Very friendly, almost instant pickup. Chocolate chip with or without pecans are great but the double chocolate chip are the best! Haven't tried anything else yet. Be aware they're cashless.

Parking: Ok so most of the day there will be plenty of parking but in the evening there's a lot of crowds and overflow from the restaurants nearby.

I was so thankful and grateful because teaching education is not easy. I received a lot of gifts from the parents in my classroom and remember the cookie flavors.

Great customer care. Greeted upon arrival. Very courteous and pleasant associate working the counter. Well stocked and fresh assortment of cookies. Associate inquired if I wanted my order warmed. She also sprinkled sugar on my lemon flavored sugar cookies. Customer service done right.

The cookies and baked goods from Tiff’s Treats are delicious. In fact, when they deliver them for you, they arrive, fresh and warm to whoever you’re sending them to. Tiff’s Treats even has their own brand of milk. They even include the utensils, wrapped in a ice bag and the boxes that the goodies come in or silver lined and very good quality. If you’re sending a birthday wish to have birthday balloons to send with them as well. You can even order pints of ice cream to send to your friend or family. First class ratings for Tiff’s Treats all across-the-board.

I ordered from Too Good to go. It was a surprise bag full of treats for $6.99. My confirmation said to pick up before 6. I drove from Irving to Grand Prairie laying me know that I have so much minutes left to pick up my order. I get here and they are close. I’m very disappointed. A waste of gas and my time
