Was invited to go to this place with my sister and brother-in-law, and let me tell you, I got the worst treatment ever. We went here on multiple occasions on my visit to Dallas, but two of those times I had a horrible experience and will never go back here. The first time we were sitting and ordering drinks, then all of a sudden my drink started to taste different from what I ordered. I alerted the server, and she said she would have the bartender make it again. They re-made the drink, and it was still off. So I let her know that it’s still not what I ordered; she insisted that’s what it was that I ordered. I was like, okay, I guess, and then we decided to go home. Then another time we went back the last night of my visit to Dallas. We sat, ate, chatted, and had a few drinks. Then all of a sudden again the drink started tasting funny again. I told my sister it’s happening again; the drink is not the same like the last time. So I let the server know that my drink is not what I ordered and this is the second time this had happened. It seems she took offence to me saying that and asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager. Mind you, there is no need for a manager because I wasn’t rude or anything, so I was shocked. I said, okay, I guess we can talk with a manager. When the manager came over, all hell broke loose. He came over telling me the drink is right and I must prove that it’s wrong 😑. All of us at the table were confused as to what was happening because he was never professional to hear what we had to say and was very confrontational. He then asked us to leave, which we refused because we didn’t do anything wrong. I asked for another manager, whom they refused to get for us; instead, they called the police to have us removed. We spoke with the police, and they said even the manager had no reason to call them; he didn’t even say we were confrontational or anything that warranted us being removed. It was highly disappointing and embarrassing how we were treated because we really like the place. But due to that experience, I won’t ever be coming back.

I had treated my brother on his promotion in the Army and we received the worst and most arrogant experience. We were kicked out because we wanted to move to the bar and an obese security shoved us out. I have been overseas and know what real combat looks like but to be treated like the way we were really shows how this establishment treats their military service members. I would not recommend to any of my brother and sisters in arms. I am currently working with a journalist to expose these establishments.
