The place is like taco bueno on roids. Don't know waste your time, go to Bueno! Terrible

Was a bit skeptical simply because finding Mexican food that advertises itself a bit more upscale always tends to be tex-mex. But I was pleased to find out that the flavors are so much more traditional, whilst having a better upscale presentation of the dishes they offer. The servers are all really amicable and quick! And I loved the overall area and scenery, with the sultry ambiance of the restaurant...I will 100% be coming back!

I want to tell you that my experience at Vidorra was amazing. Janessa was our waitress and what a breath of fresh air she is. Smiling and pleasant, wow. You just don't get that out there anywhere. She represents your business in a professional manner, thank you for Janessa. We go out a few times a week and we will definitely be back. We have also told our friends. Your club upstairs is on point. Great place to hang out and party. Janessa was very put together and great looking. Nice to have a waitstaff that cares about representing her employer. You don't get that very much anymore either. She genualy made us feel welcome and took care of us. Cudoes for a great hire. Thanks Janessa.

As an observer of my daughter's distressing encounter at Vidorrs, I felt compelled to share the disappointing experience with my daughter. Even though I was downstairs at the time. Despite being physically separated, the impact of the incident was felt deeply by both of us, especially considering the significant amount of money we had spent at Vidorra. We had hoped for a memorable evening, only to be met with frustration and disillusionment. Our disappointment stemmed not only from the unjust treatment my daughter received from Janessa but also from the realization that our patronage and loyalty to Vidorra had been met with such disregard. As we reflected on the evening, it became evident that our expectations of hospitality and professionalism were not met. The lack of accountability and empathy displayed by Janessa and staff only served to further diminish our perception of the establishment.

Having accompanied my friend to Vidorra I couldn't help but observe the shocking lack of professionalism and hospitality displayed by Janessa and the staff following a minor misunderstanding.Janessa's response was nothing short of immature and disproportionate. Instead of diffusing the situation calmly, she chose to exacerbate it, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Witnessing firsthand the way Janessa handled the situation left me deeply disappointed in the establishment. It was clear that her actions were not in line with the standards of service one would expect from a reputable venue. As someone who values good hospitality and professionalism, I cannot in good conscience recommend Vidorra to others until they address these concerning issues and ensure that all staff members, including Janessa, are held accountable for their behavior.

Let me be blunt: Janessa's behavior at Vidorra was nothing short of disgraceful. My girlfriend, who exudes respectfulness at every turn, was subjected to Janessa's immature and unprofessional conduct. It's infuriating to witness someone like Janessa, who clearly lacks the maturity to handle her position, abusing her authority instead of resolving issues like a responsible adult. Her constant rudeness and unjustifiable actions speak volumes about her incompetence and lack of professionalism. The fact that Janessa took it upon herself to kick out my girlfriend, despite her impeccable behavior, showcases a blatant misuse of power and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It's appalling that someone like Janessa is allowed to represent the establishment in any capacity.Janessa's behavior not only ruined my girlfriend's evening but also tainted our perception of Vidorra. It's clear that the management needs to address this issue promptly and ensure that individuals like Janessa are either properly trained or removed from their positions altogether. In conclusion, Janessa's actions were unacceptable, and it's high time she faced the consequences for her immaturity and incompetence. Future patrons deserve better than to be subjected to her disrespectful behavior.

My friend and I recently had a disheartening experience at Vidorra primarily due to the appalling behavior of one of their staff members, Janessa. Despite spending a considerable amount of money there, our evening took a sour turn when my friend was wrongly accused while in the restroom.Instead of handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy, Janessa exhibited a horrible attitude towards my friend, who was nothing but respectful throughout the ordeal. It's truly saddening to think that after investing our time and money into the venue, we were met with such mistreatment. The entire experience left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. It's disheartening to see how a simple misunderstanding could escalate into such a negative encounter, especially in an establishment where hospitality should be paramount. In retrospect, the way Janessa handled the situation reflects poorly on the overall atmosphere and customer service provided by Vidorra. It's truly regrettable that our enjoyable evening was marred by such an unpleasant experience. We had hoped for a memorable night out, but instead, we left feeling disheartened and let down.

I recently had a horrendous experience with the bottle service at Vidorra particularly with one of their staff members named Janessa. The night started off well, but it quickly turned into a nightmare when Janessa accused me of vomiting and proceeded to kick me out of the venue.Despite repeatedly insisting that it wasn't me who vomited, Janessa refused to listen and instead chose to escalate the situation by arguing with me. Her attitude was appalling and completely unprofessional. Rather than addressing the issue calmly and professionally, she continued to berate me and refused to acknowledge my innocence. When I requested to speak to a manager, Irving initially didn't believe my side of the story either. It wasn't until the security cameras were reviewed that it became evident I was telling the truth. This lack of trust and immediate assumption of guilt is simply unacceptable. The entire ordeal was not only humiliating but also highlighted the lack of proper training and hospitality within the establishment. Instead of providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience for patrons, the staff, particularly Janessa, displayed hostility and incompetence. In conclusion, my experience with Janessa and the bottle service at Vidorra was nothing short of a disaster. Their unprofessionalism and inability to handle situations with tact and grace have undoubtedly tarnished their reputation in my eyes. I would strongly advise others to think twice before patronizing such an establishment.

this place is wonderful and fresh! I love our second waiter...the first one we had didn't put in our food. we were waiting for over 30 mins for water. the tacos were fresh, rice and beans. the atmosphere is amazing with really great music. This is a great place for brunch and or drinks! Our first waiter was anything but attentive and the parking is horrible. I would give this place another shot.

This is the first vidora I've been to in the DFW metroplex and I believe this is the newest. The ambiance is beautiful during the day and at night! Especially love the decor and the indoor outdoor feel up and downstairs as well as the rooftop where you can see the light and water show. With this location being in Epic Central, if you're coming on the weekend prepare for the crowds. We went on a Friday night and had a hour and a half wait on a Friday. I think we may have waited 45 min max though. The food and drinks were just okay in my opinion. I had the El Guapo which was recommended and I couldn't taste the alcohol at all plus it seemed like a small portion and mostly ice so I was disappointed. I added guava but it still lacked flavor in my opinion. My Fiancée had the tequilaing me softly, it was just okay as well and just a heads up the Reposado tequila is Smokey kind of like mezcal. I'm not a mezcal girly which is probably why I wasn't a huge fan either. The food was also just okay in our opinion. The best part was the chips and salsa! Chips were light and crispy and come out when you first sit down! We ordered the Queso Blanco which was great presentation wise as it comes out in a HUGE MOLACAJETE bowl steaming hot, but it honestly just tasted like burnt cheese not a lot of flavor either. We kind of got full off of the chips and salsa so we ended up ordering the GUADALAJARAN QUESADILLAS. These were good, but a smaller portion. Two smaller corn quesadillas cut in half. It was hard to dip them in the birria sauce because they were falling apart but they were good. We wanted the pollo su creama which our waiter recommended but unfortunately they were out already by like 8pm. The best part of our experience was our server Antonio! He came with the energy okay! Not one dull moment with him and honestly would come back just for his service. Ver attentive, gave recommendations, had good conversations and was patient and understanding. Our whole table was wow'd! We wanted to go to the rooftop for another drink and the views but were told it wasn't open until 10:45 so we decided not to wait and to go home.

My family and I celebrated my mother's birthday with a visit to Vidorra. While we appreciated the ambiance and service, unfortunately, shortly after dining, we experienced severe discomfort, resulting in nausea and vomiting for all members, including my two-year-old child. Consequently, out of concern for my child's well-being, we have decided not to return to the establishment.
