We came in and sat down right away but had to wait a while to be served. There was hardly anyone in the place, maybe a max of 3 other tables. Once we were greeted after a while our waitress Victoria was all over the place it seemed. I ordered a coffee and my cup was filthy. Caked with someone else’s left over lipstick all over the side. It took forever to get someone’s attention to get a new cup and once we did, we found out that the creamer was spoiled. The cream was completely curdled inside. My grandmother that was with me also noticed the cook using their bare hands to cook/ touch different food items as they were prepared. It just was NOT up to standards! The Waffle House on 20 and 1382, Grand Prairie is 100x better. Wont be back to this location for sure, and wouldn’t recommend it either unless you want food poisoning.

I sat at the bar by the cashier. Ordered my food I had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon. As soon as I placed my order to cook, turned around and handed the waitress some bacon and she gave it to me before I even ordered my drink. It took a while for my hashbrowns and eggs to come out, I was halfway through my meal before I even got my toast to cook. I assume was the manager because she had to get into this safe to get change out for several customers for big bills, but she kept wiping her face, and I never saw her wash her hands after she touched the money, rubbed her hand down her face several times And I could see underneath the counters and they were disgustingly filthy. I will never go back to that location ever again they made you feel uncomfortable. I thought about canceling my order, but I was a little nervous to do that because it seemed like they would be the type to follow you out in the parking lot so I will never ever go back there again

Food was good. Service was not so good. Sat down and no silverware. Waiter wasn't so friendly so I assumed he was having a rough day. When the food came out still no silverware or offered any. We had to ask (no Biggie). Waffles came out and no syrup. The waiter disappeared to where we had to ask the cook. Finished eating and the waiter no where to be found. More people came in and of course received silverware as they sat down. While he was greeting the 2 new tables we were done. I patiently waited for him to come back and check in because at this point we were done eating and needing togo boxes. He waited on the other tables for about 20 minutes until my oldest went to the register and asked for togo boxes and with grits he didn't give a bowl. No check either. The cook even had to tell him to take care of us and he STILL ignored the cook. With no ticket I just walked up to the counter with him still ignoring us. Paid for my food and even left a tip because I know times are hard and I know some tips are shared with the cooks (which he was great!). That young man either was having a bad day or didn't care to serve us and made it uncomfortable to eat with being ignored for the simple things like refilling drinks which he never did. We spent a total of a 1hr which is a bit much with mostly waiting on him to give us togo or just overall needs as a server. He needs to find a better job or lighten up and do his job. He also told a man that shift change is happening in 30 minutes and to wait in his car! I should've tipped $0 but I'm not that type of person when I go out to eat. Get a better server in there before he turns people away.

My fiancé and I went to this Waffle house about 10 p m . The cook scowled at us when we walked in, didn't think anything of it.Seeing is how cooks are usually pretty stressed. There were 2 people sitting at the counter. When we found a table that was cleanish, we sat down and picked up the menus which were sticky from previous foods or whatever. After about ten minutes waiting to see if we would get waited on, the waitress counting money said to us,Oh, it's gonna be a little while. I responded take all the time you need. We're going somewhere else.So we went to Ihop.

I sat at the counter and had people walk by me for 10 minutes without a greeting. Finally got a kid who was sneezing and wiping his nose to take my order. He had no idea what he was doing and 5 minutes after placing my order he was still trying to figure out how to order it, so I left. There were only 3 tables and they were already eating. Very poor.
