This Place is ridiculously slow with no sense of irigency Manger was rude and the girl who too my order was too i had to go back 3 time I order2 cheese burgers they gave me Jr bacon cheese I said 10 piece spicy and at first she gave me 6 nuggets 1spicy and 5 regular then I was 5 more mins and they gave me 10 regular nuggets but I asked for spicy then my mobile order was a Jr bacon cheese burger with a 5$ Biggie Jr bacon cheese burger and i got 1 Jr bacon cheese burger with a cheese and it had onions in which I'm allergic to onions... ALL THE MANGER COULD SAY IS U WANT UR MONEY BACK REALLY THATS NO WAY TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE WITH AN CUSTOMER BUT I WONT BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER AND SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED...THATS THE MAIN REASON THIS LOCATION DONT HAVE NO BUSY NOW BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND THEY HAVE WENT TO MCDONALD'S WHERE IM GONNA KEEP SPENDING MY MONEY AT

We were in Grand Prairie picking up our computer from a repair shop and decided to swing by Wendy's for a couple of burgers. Big mistake! The burgers tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. There was one sad piece of lettuce and a single tomato slice—where were the rest of the veggies?
Is there a reason for this? Do employees get rewarded for skimping on ingredients? Is this a cost-cutting move, or is it just laziness and lack of care? Why is this location even open?
We stopped by at noon—prime lunchtime—and the parking lot was empty. We were the only ones in the drive-thru. That should’ve been a red flag right there.
I was there to pick food up. The lady put the drinks in the carrier all 3 of the drinks fell in my car the carrier doesn’t hold them right. I put one cup in the window told the lady she can have it back. Did not even offer to get another one. I took my bag she got an attitude if this is the way your company going to treat white people then we can go some were else. The fries were cold. The nuggets were cold only the sandwich was warm

The store is falling apart. The restroom is disgusting. The service is unprofessional. Now let's talk about the food. The presentation is horrible. The ingredients look like yesterdays. They don't read back your order. They assume you know exactly what's on the burger. This is my first time trying Wendy's. If this is how all your stores are, I will never be back.
