I had a really frustrating experience during the night shift at this Wendy's. They messed up half of our order, and the manager on duty wasn't much help at all. However, I want to give a huge shout-out to Ana, the store manager, who reached out personally to make things right. She went above and beyond to fix the situation, and because of her, my family and I left with a much better experience. Ana is clearly dedicated to ensuring customers are satisfied, and her leadership shows that she is an asset to this location. I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism. Thank you, Ana!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wendy’s. First, the drive-thru employee acted like she absolutely hated her job—zero professionalism or courtesy. But the worst part? The lettuce on my burger was ROTTEN. How is this even acceptable? Is no one trained to check the quality of the food before serving it to customers? This kind of carelessness is not only unappetizing but also downright unsanitary. I expect better from a place that serves food . If this is the standard, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Chilli is mostly beans the last 2 times I've been here. Hamburger seemed old like it had been sitting for awhile. Just disappointed on most fast places lately.

I was really hungry so then got this Wendy’s. I did because it’s cheap and tastes good. And it was cheap but didn’t taste good. The patty was thin and kept falling apart, (not in a good way). Actually nasty

The food was good and the service was excellent. They made sure we had enough condiments and double checked my order and helped with my big order in a big shopping bag before we left

I'm mixed on the stars because the man who took my order was absolutely great! He was courteous and kind. HOWEVER the woman in the drive thru shoved my bags in my car (I let it go and never said nothing) and usually they put meals in different bags so I checked the food thinking something is missing. While I'm checking the food she is pushy with talking over me while I'm getting the order in my head and make sure everything was there. I tell her to hold on and let me think as she is steady talking. I drove away but due to her rushing me I wasn't able to fully look at the food. I ordered a total of 5 drinks and once we got home we only received 2 straws. Then my niece checks her food and her order was completely wrong! I don't know what home girls problem was but she needs a serious attitude check. Had I been someone that was equally having a bad I would have went off on her which I didnt. I show people grace who works fast food because I've been there but if you don't want to be at work don't go. Too many people already angry in this world. Stay home if you can't do your job and a decent human being.

Slow bad service. MAYBE You can send your employees AND managers across the street to CHIC FIL A for customer service training.
I was the only customer in the store. I Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, three different employees saw me, none greeted me.

i love Wendy’s food but the attitude towards the window worker (specifically tonight) was really bad. i said thank you she didn’t even look at me. i told her she forgot my fries and had a really bad attitude abt it and when she gave me back my bag the fries still weren’t in there :(
